I never go first but I will today!
Last Week: 185
-3lbs! Yay! I think the key was getting back in the gym to stop the weight from coming back on after I was sick. I did have a few slip ups diet wise but I made sure to correct them in my next meal.
Darling Husband and I are increasing our workout time to 30 minutes starting tomorrow and I also think that will give me a bit more of a kick start. I’m thinking about starting up my C25K again!

I didn’t loose any weight, still at 139.8. I’m going to watch what I eat better this weekend and maybe next week will be better.

Boo… up a lb, but pretty sure it had to do with how terrible I ate yesterday!! Tons of salt in pizza for lunch and lasagna for dinner!!

We went out last night and I totally blew my diet having a big cheeseburger and fries…not to mention the beers I had at the hockey game. My daughter was sick this week as well so I could not take her to the daycare at the gym…so I only made it there 3 times. I am going to have a better week this week! Exactly 9 months until my wedding…yikes!

@Lindsey2005: Good job! I’m trying to get out of the 170s, I haven’t ever done it (in my LIFE, so I’m very excited)
On a different note…just found out I have to either get a tooth pulled or have a root canal (on a bottom tooth) and the corresponding top tooth has a crack in the filling so I have to also have that refilled! No ‘real’ food for me for a couple days, just baked/mashed potatoes…Maybe I can incorporate a baked sweet potato? Not sure.
So glad we have the support of this group! It will be a good week ladies, I’m keeping a positive attitude!

@andilene: I’ve made mashed sweet potatoes before and they’re DELICIOUS! That would be a great alternative!
