I just wanted to pop in and say you all are doing great! It’s nice to see some of the ladies from before have stuck to it.  I’m back from my honeymoon and going to get in on the next go around – but in the meantime I’ll be eating healthy and working out with the rest of you all 🙂 Best of luck your last week!

I wish I could say I believe it, but I seriously don’t lol watch me get a new scale and find I’m 220 lol. But everyone else is doing a wonderful job! Keep it up… or rather, keep it down lol.

Ahhh! I totally crashed the last 2 days. I went over a 1000 calories over on Friday due to a macaroni & cheese feast and then yesterday over the course of the day I had 3 cupcakes, 2 cookies, 4 or 5 slices of pizza, and we went out drinking. We did have a semi healthy dinner but I think everything else cancels that out. The scale is showing it too. I’m up 3.5 pounds from weigh in on Friday… I’m going to be really mad at myself if this weight sticks and I just undid weeks of work in 2 days. Back on track today!

I’m here! I had scuba class right after work last night. I came home, watched Glee, and went to bed. Luckily I had done my workout before work. I’m doing pretty good at dropping the weight from this past weekend. I just ate some oatmeal and am about to workout before I head to work today. We’re going out of town again this weekend so I asked my fiance to please be considerate of my food choices when we pick where to eat. It’s not for a birthday party this time so at least there won’t be cupcakes and cookies everywhere!

Last night was just the classroom stuff, so no double workout. Awesome on getting to the gym 5 days in a row!

@Mrs.Mittens:  Sorry I haven’t been around, I’ve been busy getting A JOB!!!!! 🙂 It’s part time to start out, and with the ability to work from home (which I started doing yesterday) I haven’t been able to workout since last week (boo on me!) but I’ve been eating well… except when the family and I went out to celebrate my new job lol but I’m back on track today lol I’m hoping to fit in a workout tomorrow! Oh and I never ended up getting a scale 🙁 Oh well I’ll stick with this one
