Last week I was at 174.2 and as of today I am at 172! Yay, 2.2 pounds! Which is good considering last week I barely loss any weight. One thing I changed this week was drinking more water, it definitely helps. I am still going to the gym 5 days a week and I just feel amazing 🙂 I hope you girls are feeling the same! Within in this next week I hope to loose 2 pounds so that I get down to 170…although to get out of the 70’s to 169 would be AMAZING! We shall see :0)

I was on 135.3, and after a week of healthy eating and some actual exercise for once, this morning I’m 132.88! I’m happy with my week, I’ve been using MFP properly and logging every little thing, which has really helped. I usually tend to ‘forget’ to log that little piece of chocolate cake I had at work, ice cream on the way home etc..

Knowing I had to weigh in today has been a big motivation, I hope everyone else has had a good week! My downfall is ALWAYS the weekend though..

Last week I was 178.2 and this week I’m 177.2. Lost another pound!

I really focused on my water intake and working out. I ran Friday, Monday and Tuesday and horseback rode Saturday, Wednsday and Thursday. Sunday was a trip to Ikea and Homebase (like Home Depot) and then the furniture building that comes from a trip to IKEA. 

I made sure to drink at least 64oz of water every day.

For this next week I just really need to try and stay on track. My parents come in to town today and I will not be able to exercise as much (although we should do lots of walking touring around London which will help). I’ll be eating out most nights (and afternoons) the coming week so making smart choices and keeping up with the water intake will be the hardest. 

I will also have to WI a day early because I will be out of town on Friday with no access to a scale. 

I’m going to try and get a walk/jog in this morning before they land so at least I get my exercise for today in!

Not so great news here…I was 115 last week, and as of yesterday, 115.4. I didn’t get a chance to weigh myself this morning so I will go with that number. I am in my period this week so I knew it was kind of a lost cause. I am just hoping the bloat goes away before tomorrow! Last night I tried on my bikinis making sure to pick one that didn’t make me look either fat or slutty. I haven’t bought a suit since before I got married and evidently I had some pretty skanky tastes back then. I found one that works though, I just hope the bloat goes down or people will think I am already starting on baby #2.

Last week: 253.5

Today: 251


Down 2.5 pounds!  Woo hoo!  Officially under the 20 pound mark!  So excited 🙂


I think I’m going to buy one of those measured water bottles and try to finish it every day, that way I can keep up with my water intake.

Weight last week: 124.0

Weight today: 120.5

Loss of 3.5 pounds! Yes!!!Cool

The good: So I have been doing clean eating this week and it has obviously made a difference for me. I also cut out the late night snacking.

The bad: I hardly exercised at all this week. I had a nice workout on Monday and just some walking on Wednesday. 

This coming week I want to get in more exercise and continue to eat clean. I am also planning on adding in some weight training.

This week – 137.8


Time to shake things up – I’ve been pretty stable for the last month. I think I may have slowed my metabolism to match my new calorie intake, so I’m going to up it a little with some small (healthy) snacks throughout the day and see if I can get things going again!


But I did get 3 workouts in this week, so at least I’m consistently working out!
