Complete and utter failure!
After an overindulgent weekend, I only exercised twice during the week, and gave in to my sweet tooth almost every time. Lesson learned? I really hope so!

Slow and steady. I feel pretty good about that since we had a LOT of dinners out with my parents. I managed to keep the exercise up and made smart choices when ordering. I also managed to keep my water intake up.
Have a 4 days weekend coming up full of eating and drinking, so we’ll see how this coming week goes.

Only .5 pounds 🙁 oh well, at least it’s still a loss. I didn’t work out very much at all last week so I’m sure that had something to do with it.

I’m currently mourning the lose, or rather gain of almost 4 pounds since last Friday. I haven’t been eating great, lots of snacking, and it’s finally shown it’s ugly head.
This weekend should be pretty active which helps me from stuffing my face. I just have to make better choices, period.

Alrighty, I forgot to WI last week, but the week before I was 161. This morning I am 161. So, I guess that’s good, at least I didn’t gain.
I need to start watching my bank account seeing as how its summer and the summer electric bill kills me every year (especially July and August…) so I think that will help me to not eat fast food. So, good for the pocket book and good for my waist line 🙂
This week I will continue to eat more fruits and vegies, smaller portions, healthier choices. And I WILL work out more than once!

Last week I was at 172, as of today I am 168.6!! I am so happy with my results and very proud of myself. This week I stayed the same with eating healthy and going to the gym 5 days a week but focused more on increasing my running distance since I just signed up for my first 5K ever!! I hope you ladies are feeling great as well!

no change this week 🙁 Again. My body is pretty hardcore stuck in this rut, so I’m trying some different stuff to see if I can get it going again.
But today is my birthday so we aren’t counting calories today (too much!) 🙂
