I forgot to weigh!!!! UGH with month end at work it was a mess, but I will give me numbers anyway even if we’ve already finished:

Last week: 167.6

This week: 164.6

3 lbs!

 

Anyway– congrats to all the ladies ๐Ÿ™‚ Hopefully I will be around more now, since my family is gone and month/quarter end is over *whew*

Good news ladies–I picked my wedding gown up this week!!! I love it ๐Ÿ™‚

Is it sad that I’m sitting here on myfitnesspal trying to figure out how I can have a cinnabon cinnamon roll or a mcds sausage and egg biscuit for breakfast tomorrow and not go over my calorie limit? Sooo yummyyyy…

Last week was awesome for me, I was biggest loser at work and here, but now I’m so scared about this week!  This weekend wasn’t that great for me because we celebrated SO’s 30th birthday and I had too much alcohol.  My calories weren’t too bad, but I’m going to do really well during the week and hopefully that will make up for it!

Whatever the numbers are this week, thanks ladies for being so motivating! This has really helped me step up my efforts a lot – I guess because I’m really competitive!

Hi exercising bees! Question for you all:

I was depressed today when I stepped on the scale and went up 1-2 pounds! I just started my period and am feeling really bloated…. do you think the extra pounds could be period-related? I’ve never noticed this before because I don’t typically weight myself a lot like I am now. Does this happen to any of you?????

Thought i would check in since i havent since friday. The next few weeks are going to be crazy busy for me, so that means not much time to work out:( I also have not been eating the greatest the last few days but have stayed within my calorie goal. I need to get back on track!

Hi ladies!  I haven’t popped in here for a while, so I thought I’d step in and see how everyone is doing!

I haven’t worked out this week, but we’ve been planting and landscaping the backyard, so I figure I’m getting exercise anyway.  My arms/shoulders definately feel it I tell ya!

Been doing ok food wise, really been good with breakfast and lunch, last night I had McDonalds for dinner but I was starving by the time we ate and we had to go to Lowes for one more palm tree so we just stopped and grabbed something real quick.

I jumped on the scale this morning and was at 160, so I feel good that I can get down to 159 by Fridays weigh in ๐Ÿ™‚ We’ll see!
