the scale MOVED today!!!!!!!!!!  only .5lbs but that is the first downward movement I have seen in like 3 or 4 weeks!  SO stoked!  What have I done differently?  water…drinking lots and lots of it!  Its hard for me to drink enough so I have resorted back to adding Crystal Light…

So happy!  Maybe I’ll see a full lb tomorrow! 🙂

@Mrs.Mittens:  I have a weird bread strategy…its a big time weakness of mine…when we have yummy rustic style bread and I cut slices for DH and I I always want to take the same size slice as I give DH – so I do so I dont feel deprived.  However, when I eat it, I only eat the middle (not the crust) so I really only eat like a half a slice!  Just offering my weird tips/tricks! 🙂

Well I just got back from my long weekend out of town… and I think it went pretty well. I weighed in at 152.2 this morning (.2 pounds heavier than my weigh in last week), but I have a feeling it’s just from the higher sodium foods I was eating this weekend. Hoping to weigh in a little lighter tomorrow! 

I’m not expecting a loss this week between AF and being out of town, but I’ll be happy if I don’t gain!
