we are in the same boat!!
Sorry I didn’t post my weight the last week of the last contest…… I was traveling and couldn’t weigh in (no scale in the hotel)
My current weight for this round is : 172.5 and I would really like to be in the 160’s at the 4 week completion. If I could be at 165 I would be so happy!!

Ok – I am holding steady at 141…
plan for this week (now until Friday) is to jog twice and do JM30DS once. Hoping I can see 140 by Friday…fingers crossed.
I just started adding JM DVDs back into my routine. Now (like starting this week) I am doing 3 cardio workouts (30 minutes jogging) and 3 Jillian DVDs a week. I’m going to really step it up come March but I am trying to ease into it so I dont flip out my body! 🙂

Jillian Michaels seems so intense! Do you like her stuff? I hear people can really get it going though when she is on the tv.

I just weighed myself. I’m at 166 so up from last week which I knew I would be. I cheated crazy bad this past week.
My only goal for the next 4 weeks is to lose and much as I can. Whatever that may be.
My second dress fitting in March 1st but I may push it back to a later date so I can try and get another size dropped off while there is still time for alterations.

Ok! I’m in.
I started by myself on January 28th and weighed 167.2.
As of this morning, I weigh 162.2!
My goal is to just keep on keepin’ on. I weigh myself on Saturday mornings for my own “official” records, so I will remember to post here on Friday morning. Good luck, everyone!

Starting wieght is 305. I started the year with 334 and I got down to 304 but I gained a pound over the weekend.
Next 4 weeks, lose 10-12 pounds and start doing the Insanity workout again.
I was doing very well but then I got the flu and stopped doing it in the morning. Now I feel fine but I never started doing it again.

That’s my hardest thing, finding a good time to exercise! I just can’t seem to do it in the mornings 🙁 I need some kind of real good motivation that I just can’t seem to find.

We keep going back and forth on the date, either this Jan or March, depending on whether we make it to our Destination Wedding or end up doing it here, so I have some time.
I’ll get a starting weight tomorrow when I go to the gym (Goal: Go to gym 😉 )because I don’t have a scale at home. I WANT to say 130-135, but worry I’ll be shocked when I weigh in. (I’m only 5’4′)
So goals: boot camp classes at 6 in the freakin’ am. Ugh. Less booze. More veggies.

Hey everyone, I’m new here and I’d love to join in. Fiance and I are doing Couch to 5K and really watching our eating and drinking. I SURE do miss soda. We are on week 2 of C25K and I’m enjoying it so far. I’ve already lost 12 pounds since being engaged, but my starting weight as of today is: 198. I’d like to lose 15 pounds by the end of April and I have an ultimate weight loss goal of 45 pounds by our wedding date, November 10th. I definitely need to work on watching what I eat over the weekend and doing more weight training.

I actually love her videos! I have like 6 of them (just purchased) but I have only done 30 Day shred and No More Trouble Zones. They are great quick workouts and you definitely feel the results. I am starting the 30 day shred again now so we’ll see how it works for me this time.
I find her just annoying enough that I do what she says with the hopes she’ll shut up! 😉

Good Morning Ladies!
I forgot the mention that this thread will serve as the support board for the week, so check in here!
I really like the Jillian DVDs, I noticed a difference after I did 30 day shred. Even just doing level 1 for the 10 days my arms were toned and I had definition! I now do a modified version of the shred at the gym. I do 5 minutes of cardio, usually the ellipitcal and then I go through the strength routines. It’s a great workout, exhausting, but I actually feel like I’ve accomplished something after I’m done!

Good morning ladies! I got in a good workout last night and ate a good dinner while not going overboard. I am happy so far! I also love JM 30DS, but I need to hook up the dvd player in my bedroom so I can actually do it. Maybe I’ll get that going again this week. I could definately use the help on my arms and such!
