I think I’d like to join! So we just do our own thing and report on how it’s going? And then when we weigh in we message our weight to Mittens?

DH and I are doing Weight Watchers and working out, but this last week has just been nuts. I got sick, so we only went to the gym twice. Then, because I was sick and didn’t feel like cooking (and just honestly wanted to eat greasy stuff) we had a few too many fast food meals. I promised DH we’d go to the shooting range instead of the gym tonight, but after that *hand to God* there’s no more cheating for me! 

My weight this morning was 258. Down 11 lbs from where I started a month ago but up 3 lbs from last week :/

Yay for round 4!  I weigh myself almost every Fri morning – last Friday I was at 194.9.  Slowly but steadily still going down.  At the end of this 4 weeks, I would love to be in the low 180’s.  My other goal….I am wearing Mom’s wedding dress…..and right now my top-region is about 2″ too big (not the boobs, just chest in general).  My next fitting is March 5 and I really want to lose those 2″ so the seamstress does not have to add material……..

@jboltz19:  LOL OMG that is so funny, it’s like GPS, you just hope she is leading you in the right place and if you do as she says she will be quieter sooner! That cracks me up! A friend of mine did the 30 day shred for her wedding and lost about 10 lbs! That is pretty significant weight loss for a month!

@Mrs.Mittens:  That is what I want–to feel like I’ve accomplished something with weights. I’ve been lazy with weights lately and I really need to pick it back up, because when I was doing weights is when I saw the most weight come off!

@Mrs.Mittens:  I’m not going to participate because my dress fits pefectly so I can’t lose any more weight right now, but I wanted to say hi. I miss “hanging out” with you!

I’m rooting for all you ladies. I know you can improve your health and feel better about yourselves with a little work. It’s well worth it!

@Mrs.Mittens:  You should feel good! I feel good knowing I went–burned 550 calories tonight on my favorite lower body machine! Does this make up for the marshmallows, M&M’s, & 2 Russel Stover chocolates I had at work today? Probably not, but I do feel good for going and not just throwing the day COMPLETELY away!

Can I join? Starting weight is 135, I’m 5’3. My goals are to go to the gym at least 4x a week and watch my calorie in take.

@andilene:  Go you!! I’ve got my diet waaay under control (DH is gone for a month, so little to no temptations around the house), but I just can’t find the motivation to work out… so I’m impressed you got a workout in on v-day!

@shambley:  Thanks! My Fiance and I both did. We did our exchange of cards last night as well as lovey times 🙂 So that way it takes the pressure off tonight! I know it’s hard to get motivation, I am about 75% on gym time and 75% on food. I haven’t reached full ‘goodness’ on either yet. My Fiance goes to the gym 6 days a week! I cannot do that.

@andilene:  Well you’ve officially motivated me! I’m going to do pilates in the morning… nothing crazy, but hey it’s something! And I know how you feel, DH is in the Army so he HAS to work out 5 days a week. I’m jealous of him sometimes (and other times I’m so glad I don’t have to get out of bed to run at 5 am). He’s getting out of the Army in a few months and I’ll be super interested to see if he still works out like he does now!
