…and what did I do to celebrate last night???? Had a big ol’ cheat meal of Mr. Pibb flank steak, garlic mashed potatoes and a Coke followed up by a shared piece of red velvet cake with my honey. This morning… up a pound. LOL That’s ok. Ready to get back on track and do this thing!

and this morning……..I’m down almost a lb……..where I was all week except for my weigh-in yesterday. Argh! Hopefully this just means I have a big loss next week!

Good job ladies! I gained 2 lbs in DC according to my scale this morning, but it’s not as bad as it could have been! I did try to keep myself in check, so now back to the grind. Way to go everyone!

Hiked 4 miles today…. it took about an hour and a half!! Hoping the change up to my routine will help drop some lbs this week.

I totally missed the weigh-in! Sorry ladies… just got back from Texas today. Weighed in this morning at 152.2… .2 higher than last week. I’m pretty okay with that, since this week was AF AND vacation! Hoping for a better weightloss next week!

As for the work out challenge, I think tonight I will add in the 60 crunches. I really need to start incorporating these into my workouts as a standard…

So I have a cold today and while it’s not horrific today, I know the next few days will suck. I should go to the gym tonight, but I thought working out while sick isn’t smart (or considerate to my elliptical neighbors) but Google tells me ‘as long as symptoms are above the shoulders, you’re fine.”
Do you ladies workout even wehen you’re sick? I can’t believe all the guilt I’m feeling knowing I’m skipping tonight, but I worked out yesterday and definitely didn’t feel awesome. Tomorrow is normally a skip day, but now I’m contemplating working out….even though I’ll likely feel worse.
Argh! At least I know I’ve developed a routine, I feel so guilty knowing I’m skipping!

I had such a good weekend until last night, boo. We just ate too much and I skipped working out yesterday. Feeling a little sluggish today.
I usually workout in the beginning and at the end of being sick, but not usually in the middle because that’s usually when I feel the most craptastic. I agree that if it’s above the neck than you fine, but if you are having any problems breathing than (obviously) I would take sometime off.
I’ve always felt like getting sick was your bodies way of telling you that you need to take a break, so I would give it that chance. If you want, just go and do a light workout, like maybe pick the treadmill in the back corner and take it easy. Or maybe do some yoga at home!

Ugh, crazy day!
I took my normal day off yesterday but I really should’ve worked out! We ended up eating nachos and watching the Daytona 500. Oh well, I’ve had a great day although my sweet tooth is starting to kick in (which it usually does around this time of day!).
I had a reasonable lunch, I snacked on grapes and carrots and I’ve drank a ton of water! Feeling good and ready to hit the gym tonight!

you watched the 500? I’m a huge NASCAR fan….watched to the very end! That race was crazy awesome….if only Jr could have passed Kenseth at the end!
I’m home sick today with a cold……..I did end up working out yesterday, and I’m am SO SORE! I thought a short little video one would be fine, I hurt!
