alright ladies, you are my inspiration…again… I fell off the workout wagon for two whole weeks and am back again now. I weighed my self this morning and am back up to 155 which puts me at 19 lbs away from my goal. I can totally do it…. if i can wake up early enought to get to the gym

I think we may need to not skip a week and just keep going lol…it seems quite a few of us have fallen off this time! I did too. I’m trying to get inspired, I DID work out twice this week so far and I’m SO SORE.
