Congrats!! I can’t wait to get back to the normal Insanity workouts tomorrow and hopefully lose some pounds!

@Mrs.Mittens:  Ugh, my weekend was fun but not good for weight loss. I got back yesterday and the scale told me I gained two lbs. I’m really hopeful some of that is water from Chinese/Mexican food, lol. But we’ll see. Try to stay on track this week before we hit the road and eat out for 8 days straight, haha!

Sorry guys, I totally forgot to post on Friday and I can’t post from my phone so had to wait until I came to work.

Last week’s: 196.6

This week’s weigh in: 196.4

Very small loss, but I’ve noticed a roller coaster pattern – high loss, low/no loss, high loss, etc.

Since last week I lost 5 lbs, I am happy I didn’t gain.  This is my last week before vacation to weigh in, so I’m going to try to make it a good one!  I’m going to Zumba tonight!

@finallytheone:  Congrats on the great loss!

 

@Mrs.Mittens:  my weekend was so-so.  I didn’t think it was terrible, but then when I logged my food (um, and beer….) and exercise into MFP this morning it told me if I eat like I did on Saturday everyday I will gain like 10 pounds in 5 weeks LOL!!!! So, that obviously wasn’t good.  But I did better yesterday lol

And…it’s like a gazillion degrees here already so we went swimming this weekend.  Um, yeah, not so happy with how I’m looking in my bikini.  ha one of them I can’t wear because I knotted the bottoms and can’t get them untied, and they were digging into my skin, ouch!

But we’re going to grill a bunch this week, which for me = healthier foods, so I should have a good week!

I’m up 0.8 pounds from Fridays weigh-in, but I have felt so bloated all weekend. I just started back to the normal Insanity dvd’s and I already feel better. I’m hoping it’s just water hiding out in my stomach. I do need to get back to eating better. I’m staying under my calorie limit, except for the Fruity Pebbles melt down on Saturday night, but I’m not eating well. Friday night I only had a yogurt all day so that I could get an ice cream after dinner and today I had a bag of white cheddar popcorn for lunch. Not good.

@Mrs.Mittens:  Thats happened to me before.  It also happens sometimes when i have a shower thats too hot.  Weird eh? Happy Admin Pro Day to you!!!

This will be a horrible week.  I working in accounting, the deadline is next Monday, i’m working 11-12 hour days and when i come home i just want to veg for an hour and then head to bed.  I’m not tracking what i eat, though i have lots of healthy options through the day which will help.  So basically, i’ve written off this week.  My eating should be fine,  if i manage 1 or 2 workouts (probably this weekend) i will be happy.

So far so good for me this week. My eating has been okay and I am happy with the scale this morning. Today is the “recovery” day for Insanity, which I HATE because I don’t feel like I’ve worked out. I think I’m just going to do the core cardio and balance dvd instead. It gets my heart rate up but it doesn’t push me as hard as the other dvd’s, so it’s still kind of like a recovery day.
