Loss of 2lbs!
Successes this week – upped the water intake and decreased the alcohol intake.
Bad this week – didn’t exercise as much as I wanted too… need to up that in these coming week.
Ugly… not sure, I’m REALLY sore today from 2 hours of riding last night, but I’m still planing on going on my 6 mile walk/run this morning. The running part might be ugly because of how sore I am.
Looking forward to see how the other bees did.

Well, I stepped on the scale three times this morning, and got three different numbers- 114.6, 115.6, and 115 even. My scale is schizophrenic ( I just hopped on and hopped off, there should have been no variation). I will go with the middle number of 115. So, down one pound! I’m pretty stoked.
I was pretty good this week with getting in enough protein and water. I figured out a way to make boneless skinless chicken breasts more interesting.
The bad- work had a lot of treats this week for birthdays and I totally overindulged. Luckily all the food is just about gone now so I have no more temptation. Still struggling with the cutting back of grains so that has been a challenge.
On to week 2!

Eek! I’m at my fiance’s house all weekend (since Wednesday night), and he doesn’t have a scale. It’s probably time that my scale migrate to his house, but I was waiting until I fully move in and join a new gym. I’ll have to update on Sunday or Monday.

Good/Bad/Ugly: I am thinking this week is mostly bad. My water consumption has been terrible, mostly because the bathrooms in my office get a lot of traffic and have been grossing me out lately. Since I spent most of my evenings at my fiance’s house, and we are remodeling the kitchen, it was very difficult to make time to exercise or to eat well (no way to cook or wash dishes = eating out a lot). We were so busy hanging drywall and prepping the floor for new tiles, that I didn’t even get to do my two scheduled runs for the half marathon I’m training for. I also did a poor job of logging my food intake. On the two days I stopped at my apartment before and after work, I walked the 1.5 miles each way to the office and back instead of taking the bus (even in the rain!). I managed to eat pretty well for breakfast and lunch, so when I make it to a scale, hopefully it won’t be too bad. It’s a new day, and next week is a new week. Still working toward the -4 lb. goal.

I’ve been going to Spinning class 2 or 3 times per week for the past month and it has really been working!!

So happy!! Hoping to lose 8 more lbs. by my first dress fitting June 4th..fingers crossed!! 🙂

I lost two pounds! Woo hoo!
I’ve now lost 18. 5 pounds since March. I would love to lose that last 1.5 pounds so I could be down 20! I want to be down at least 30 pounds by our engagement pictures this fall, so I’m on the right track 🙂
Good/Bad: I started doing Zumba again this week, so my exercise has upped a little bit. I’m alternating doing 45-60 minutes of Zumba at home and walking/jogging with the Fiance and dog. My water consumption has been OK this week, I have had more diet soda then usual, I really need to cut that crap out. My jeans are also fitting much better, so that’s a plus 🙂
A bad thing is we have cookies in the house :(. Fiance has been begging me to bake for him for weeks (he loves my cookies) so I finally broke down and made him a huge batch of White Chocolate Macadamia Nut cookies. Now that I know they exist all I want to do is eat them. I calculated them out to be 4 points a cookie, which is fine but it’s so hard to eat just one 🙁

This morning: 161
And hopefully that’ll be the last time I see that number on the scale. I am determined to actually lose weight this round, not bounce back and forth.
The good: I ate ok. I had some fruit this week and soup + salad for lunches. Oh, and I’ve been doing really well with my water intake! The temps being over 100 help with wanting to drink water too.
The bad: I only did one real work out. Boo!
Next week: same goals. Eat smarter. Drink water. Exercise. 🙂

Starting weight: 192
Whomp, Whomp. Well, I only worked out wed/thurs so that’s part of it. I’m TOM so that’s part of it. And I had frozen yogurt about uh, 3 times this week? So yeah.
Next week: Starting doing 30 day shred again, plus a walk/run after. More time in the gym, increase elliptical to 20 mintes by the end of the week. Eating wise, my goal is to eat the recommended amount of veggies everyday, which is 3 cups.

I am excited to see some weight loss (1.5lbs)!
The good: I woke up early and exercised every day this week. *patting myself on the back*
The bad: I didn’t eat as well as I had planned. I have been so used to eating whatever I want and doing a lot of late night snacking.
This coming week I hope to get in more exercise (in the afternoons) and eat way better. I need to lower the number of calories i’m taking in (aka: stop eating chocolate so often).

I worked out 4 days this week, and tried SO hard on my diet, but last night my family and i went to round table then played mexicali… sooooo there goes my calories for the month! haha but im back on track today and will be hitting the gym pretty hard this up coming week. Up until this week i forgot how much i love to get on the tredmill, put my headphones in and just RUN!
I want to be 188 by the end of this week! I hope I can do it 🙂

YAY a loss of 5lbs! I will take that! Didnt drink at all this week and the fiance and I joined WW. I stayed under my points all week.
This week I am going to exercise 3x at least, I NEED to drop at least 20 lbs by Sept. So if I could do around 3lb a week I would be estatic.

I’m so excited, I haven’t lost a lb in a week in some time!
The good – worked out four times this week, with only one 30 minute one. Two were 60 minute classes, and then one day of playing volleyball for 90 minutes. I was well under my calorie count all week (MFP yelled at me twice) and I’ve been eating pretty decently.
