I wanna play…

This is my first week and I weighed in at 175.8. I’ll keep you updated on my progress…since I’m tracking now :o) Goal weight is 140

Shoot, my first week and I’m late for the weigh-in :/

Had a little bit of a meltdown the other night about how I feel like I’m working so hard and not losing, then I got on the scale the next morning and I actually did lose a little.

Last week I was 254.7 and I’m now at 253.4. So I’m getting there, slowly but surely.

Last night’s workout was brutal. I actually let out a little angry scream (like my trainer told me to) just to power through the last set on that evil leg machine (can’t remember what it’s called)  I felt kind of embarassed, but mostly victorious! I downloaded a new app on my phone with the nutritional info for tons of restaurants so I can stop guessing and actually know what I’m eating. Turns out some of my estimates were waaay off. Oh well. 

My sister is home from college this weekend so we’re going out for Thai food tonight then to a movie where I will reluctantly skip the popcorn and sneak in my own healthy snacks. Then I’ve got a birthday party tomorrow night for my mom where I will limit myself to one or two slices of pizza and a tiny piece of cake 🙂

Last week: 194.9

This week: 192.0

Down 2.9!  Yay!!!

Monday weigh in: 145.0

Today: 144.4

 

Yay, hopefully I can break out of this 145ish rut I’ve been in- upped my elliptical resistance from 12/6 to 20/10 yesterday, and it was hard, but I did it, so I’ll try to do that again!

Trying to stay on track eating, but going out tonight for Mexican! However, I was about 250 under on my calories yesterday and am way under again today, so I shouldn’t be able to do too much damage!

Ahhh, sorry, I’m new to this. Hope it isn’t too late.

Last week: 153 lbs

This week: 151.8 lbs.

Met my goal of one pound per week so I am happy with that! I worked out four days this week instead of five so I’m hoping to meet my goal this week. Valentines week is hard, so many chocolates and good food to be had!!
