Last week – 202.2…..this week 196.9 – WOO-HOO!!! I MADE IT BELOW 200!!!!!!! (Makes up for the slight gain last week).
Aaaand….I fit into my old jeans last night! Now, if only I can keep up ithe good habits over the next 3 weeks while I am visiting family!

So I didn’t have the best week interms of excercise (haven’t been to the gym since Monday) but I kept on point diet wise. I feel like the number the scale showed was artificially low (water weight of some kind) but I liked it so I’m going to stick with it with the knowledge that next week will likely be a bit slower. Minus 5.2 this week!

I am down 1.5 pounds to 189. Yay, back in the 180’s. I actually am kind of surprised because I have been eating cupcakes all week long. I have also kept up with my workouts and eating healthy throughout the day so I don’t think the cupcakes affected me as much as they could have. 🙂

Not much of anything at all. At least it isn’t an increase though.

Yeah, +-0. I maintained. I’ll take it, I had a hard week last week and only got in 1 work out.

Technically, it’s a gain (260.3) last week, but I’m starting my period in a few days and I always bloat a little from that so honestly I view it as maintenance.

YAY!!! I calculated how many calories I should be eating to lose in a healthy way, then stuck to it! Also worked out for at least 1 hr 5 days last week. Feeling great just want to keep it up!

I admit I haven’t been exercising, and it is that time of the month in a couple of days.

Same. Same. Same! Urgh….oh well, we were consistent with our workouts this week even though our diet wasn’t perfect, so that’s something!
I’m having my wisdom teeth out on Wednesday so I will be on the smoothie diet for a few days at least, and I probably shouldn’t exercise, so… we’ll see how this week goes!
