No, sillies – not a big deal at all!  I didn’t realize there was an existing “contest” with rules – I don’t watch the show, but I shouldn’t have jumped in your thread!  Again, congrats – we can do it!! πŸ™‚

@zagora:  I’ve never watched the show at all, but this has really helped me because I feel accountable to all the ladies on this board. It’s really helped me, even though my FH treated me to Cheesecake Factory tonight πŸ™‚ I at least ordered off the skinnylicious menu!

So how is everyone doing so far this weekend? I splurged last night but still wasn’t too bad! Today I am under my calories goal by 300 so making up for it!

@Lindsey2005:  Way to go! I had fried mac n cheese tonight…but still only went over my calories by 500 calories, but I did a huge workout this morning so I am hoping I’m not up TOO much tomorrow. I am hoping to lose enough to make my 5 lb goal this week, I don’t even remember what my starting weight was at this point!

With the weekend coming to an end we can all get back on track πŸ™‚ I swear Thursday night, Friday night, and Saturday night are always the hardest for me!

I am picking up my dress from the seamstress this coming Friday so I am hoping to be down a few more pounds – I’d love to hit 175 (but aunt flow is on her way so highly unlikely).  Then my shower is this Saturday! So going to try to stay strong this week since this weekend is going to be one giant party with family and friends and food πŸ™‚ I started at 185.2 so if I could get to that 175 I’d be one happy girl!

I don’t know if any of you ladies are on it, but I’ve found myfitnesspal to be hugely helpful in monitoring intake/exercise. That’s probably my biggest help so far! Knowing you have to enter that ice cream and it’ll put you over your limit is a big motivator!
