Congrats Verita!  Good job everyone!

I feel like I did really well this weekend.  Usually I completely go overboard with my food choices and drinking, but I am feeling quite confident that I will see a loss this week due to my good choices this weekend.  🙂 now to just keep the momentum and make good choices all week!

@Mrs.Mittens:  I hate days like that 🙁 I’m feeling quite hungry right now, but it’s only 10:30 here and I eat lunch at 11 so I’m just hoping the next 30 minutes goes by quickly!

Today is day 4 of a 4 day weekend.

Hosted a party yeterday afternoon/evening… didn’t eat a lot, but drank too much.

Now waiting for our dinner to be delivered. Thai food should help me feel better (and since it’s my first meal of the day, I have the calories to spare).

I *will* be going for a run tomorrow morning.

I didn’t do well with dinner last night either.  Long John Silvers.  Um, yeah, I don’t even want to know how many calories I consumed.  But I did get my work out in.  First one this week…

I’ve been working out almost every day this week, with the excpetion of Saturday.  I’m going walking/jogging again tonight.  I just downloaded this new app on my iPhone called Zombies, Run!  It’s this awesome game-type running app where you literally have to run from zombies.  It’s a great way to break the monotony from Couch to 5K 🙂

Thanks everyone, I am just glad my hard work is paying off! As of right now I am still loosing some pounds but unfortunately it isn’t my ideal way. I worked out in the beginning of this week but as of yesterday I have been so sick and not able to eat anything but applesauce…bah. I feel so lazy and I just want to get back to the gym. Heres to feeling better and hoping my dreams come true lol
