The BEEgest Loser is back for another 4 week round! This is the 12th thread!
Want to join in? It’s easy! Just reply to this post with your starting weight and a little info about you… what your goals are for the next four weeks, the areas you feel you need to work on, etc. Or you can send me a PM if you’d like to keep your weight private.
Drop by a few times a week to let everyone know how you are doing and to provide support to the other Bees participating. The more activity on the thread the better, and I’m always around if you need anything! I’m already planning out the workout challenges and I’m pulling a few recipes for everyone’s enjoyment.
Weigh-ins: The weigh in thread will be posted to the fitness board on Thursday evenings (this is mostly to accomodate any east coast bees, since I’m on the west coast) and you will have until 3:30pm on Friday to get me your current weight.

Starting weight is 186.0
This my first time trying Beegest loser!
I am 33, 5’4″ and my ultimate goal is 144. One pound less than I ever remember weighing since 8th grade! I have been on WW since Jan but Saturday was my last weigh in for the summer. Wanted to spend my money elsewhere for the summer. I may or may not go back after school starts. It depends on how tempted I am to snack with only the little kids home. I would like to lose 9-12 lbs this month. My biggest hurdle is getting enough exercise. I am an In home daycare provider so sometimes(most times) nothing goes as scheduled and it doesn’t break my heart to not have time to exercise ; )

Starting weight is 250.
This is my second round of Bee-gist Loser, last time I lost 6 pounds. I would LOVE to lose at least that much or MORE this round. I have lost 22 pounds since starting WW in March and I really just want to continue losing. My “long-term goal” is to be under 200 at my wedding in April, but my “lifetime goal” is to be down to 150. I know that is going to take a very long time to complete so I’m setting myself “mini goals” along the way.

Starting weight 161.5
Goal this round: GET OUT OF THE 160’s!!!!! And stay there. 🙂
How I will accomplish this goal: work out more than once a week. Continue making healthier choices and eating smaller portions. I am also going to up my fruit and veggie intake this round 🙂

Starting weight: 213lb 5’10”
I will go dress shopping in about 4 weeks so my short term goal is to lose 8 lbs (get down to 205 by then. My wedding is March 2013, and my goal by then is to be down to 185-190 (out of the 200’s Whoo-Hoo!!) and STAY THERE! My ultimate goal is to wear a bikini when I go on my honeymoon :-). I’ve never worn a bikini before in my LIFE! I also want to tone my arm, back and abs.
My fitness goals are – Cardio and core 6 times a week, strength training 3 times a week.
This is my first time doing this and I’m excited and even more motivated!

Starting Weight: 334
Goal for This Round: 320
How I Will Accomplish: Counting calories. Walking Program. Just bought an exercise bike at a yard sale and plan to start using it as part of my program.
Side Note: Sorry for dropping out last round. Forgot that fiance was going to visit and was gone for over a week. Then came home to mom in hospital. However, will not disappear this round and am determined to make some serious progress.

First time with this.
Starting weight 146.0
I use the MyFitnessPal app on Android (same name)
My goal is to get to 140 pounds by the end of four weeks and eat cleaner. My regiment is Zumba twice a week, elliptical four times a week and running on the track at least a mile. Since I started losing weight back in February, I have lost almost 20 pounds. My ultimate goal weightit 130 but I will settle for 135.

I am back!! I missed the start of the last one.
So current weight is 162 and I am 5’10”. It has been slow going!! My goal is to be out of the 160s like @futureMrsCPT:
I just added weight lifting into my routine this week. I know I should have been doing it all along, but really don’t like it. I did the Les Mills Body Pump class and really enjoyed it!

I’m in as well. Didn’t weigh this morning but will weigh first thing tomorrow morning and post my weight. It should be around 175 though.
My goal this month is to be out of the 170s.
I am using MFP and just started working, so I’m going to have to figure out how to get exercise in now that I’m back at work every day.
I can walk home from work in about half an hour, so I’ll try and at least do that every day as long as the weather holds. I’ll make sure to get my horseback riding in as well, and maybe some long bike rides on the weekends.
I have a long way to go with my weight loss and I need to keep the scale moving.

Starting weight: 185
Goal by wedding date 9/29/12: 175-179 (out of the 180’s!!!)
My plan is to hit the gym 3-4 times a week do 30 mins of cardio and then some weights. Also trying **trying** to cut out soda.

New to this, but excited to join!
My start weight is 143
I would love to get down to 125-130
My plan is to start making healthy choices. Cutting soda out completly. Id like to cut out my coffee but I just started to only drink one cup a day ( i used to drink atleast 5) Going to start going to the gym ( theres a brand new one in the complex we live in..so NO more excuses! ) at least 3-5 times a week.

Starting weight – 149, though I was 151 a week ago.
I want to be in the 130s, so that’s at least 10 more pounds. Don’t think I can or should try to lose it all this month, but I want to make a dent in it.
I’ m a foodie, and a stress eater. I love sweets and carbs and gooey foods. I’m working on portion control and limiting the carbs.

I am in, and boy do I need this. I am so nervous my dress is not going to fit when it comes in since I ordered it 2 sizes to small (what was I thinking?!). Anyway my starting weight is sooooo not something I want to post but I will…256, CRINGE. I start bootcamp tomorrow and I without a doubt want to be down 10+ lbs in 4 weeks. Why did I wait so long ti get started? Oh well can’t turn back the clock, I can only do my best from here on….Good luck bees!
