I totally missed WI yesterday, but I weighed this morning and stayed the same. My work moved the end of last week and I can’t get on here very much anymore 🙁 I feel so disconnected! Ack!
Anyhow, I got in a work out last night so that was good. Food wise I did good yesterday also.

Oinked out today on some pecans and dark chocolate. So tasty, but oh no!! At least I worked out too. 20 minutes of pilates and 30 minutes of TurboJam.

I’m feeling a little bit more motivated this week and have decided to weigh myself daily as I tend to stay on track better.
I’m aiming for more gym time and interval training this week, but we shall see.

Hope everyone is doing well! I’m doing okay, but not great. DH still has the horrible horrible cough and even though he’s sleeping downstairs it still keep me up at night! So basically, I’m exhausted… if only I could get to the gym and work on some energy!

Ugh, it is so hard to work out when you feel exhausted! Sometimes sleep is better than exercise, so don’t feel bad about napping!
Good work. What video are you doing? I love workout DVDs.
I am weighing myself more often too. I used to do it only weekly but discovered I was more motivated to not oink-out after a weigh-in if I weighted myself at least 2x a week.

I’m doing T Tapp. We will see how it goes. It was expensive to ship, so I am intending on following it through to the end to see if results come! Next step is to fis my eating habits!

I fell off the wagon BIG TIME yesterday 🙁 chips, pepsi, chocolate biscuits UGH!
