I just worked my butt off at a kickboxing class. If I can move tomorrow it will be a small miracle. Yet I have yoga at 5:30am. Yowza. Off to bed I go! Thanks for the support thread ๐Ÿ™‚

My friend is changing careers from school teacher to dance teacher, and is giving us free lessons (studio rental only) so she can get experience. Damn she works us hard. I’ve never before done a 45 minute warm up involving 5 types of ab workouts!

I always forget to weigh-in! I lost my Thanksgiving poundage…yay. Been doing great on workouts, but tonight my hubby and I are out of control with some Pillsbury Grands. Baked them, then spread them with a little butter, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary…NOM NOM NOM!! Hey, I did kickboxing AND pilates today!

Great job, everyone! Please tell me to stop eating these white carbs.

Wow great job to the ladies who still lost with the holidays! I am back at it and hoping to lose the weight I gained plus a few pounds for the last weigh in and then hopefully at least 5-10 more next challenge!
