Congrats MrsMonty11 & great job everyone!
Last night I got in a good work out. I ate decently yesterday (I snacked more than I normally would, but I was hungover! And I snacked on healthy foods at least). Today is going well so far. I had oatmeal for breakfast, and a salad and sandwhich for lunch. I am on my third bottle of water. Tonight I’ll do another 45 minutes of Zumba.

@futureMrsCPT: That sounds like a super productive day!
I did a bad and ordered some Pizza Hut I couldn’t really afford and I ended up wasting most of it because as I was eating it I grossed myself out. I think getting down to this weight and being so close to the 150s has made me push myself into finally eating healthy, its hard when I’m making this little money but I’m not letting myself get down. I have a ton of black beans so I am going to make a black bean salad to take into work and I think I might also make some caesar wrap with tofu croutons instead of the breaded croutons.
I’m working on a shopping list now. And I think I might get a lemon for my water too. I’ve been drinking a lot of it lately but I want some variety in it. I found a bunch of other pinterest ideas for water so I’ll have to check those out.

@MrsMonty11: It totally is great motivation!! I also a ton of weight due to the stomach flu and even though that was why it made me feel better because it was weight I gained over the holidays.. lol.

@Mrs Christopher: I didn’t do so well this last week and of course forgot to weigh. (It’s my TOTM). I may have gained a pound but I’m not sure. As of Friday I had lost .2 so I guess I will see tomorrow! I might of missed it, but how much are you trying to lose? (I really need motivation!)

@September29Runner: I am trying to get down to 153, I was that weight before and it was really great. For the wedding I’d like to get to 155 ish at least. Last time I tried on the dress I couldn’t sit in it lol. So I’d like to ensure that I can next time! I was 165 when I tried on the dress last time.
The scale is going up. I wonder if its a real gain or just that time of the month for me… I’m off all the time so I don’t really know when its coming.

@Mrs Christopher: Same here and it is so discouraging when the scale goes up! It’s not supposed to do that! I weighed 156 on my wedding day, but of course at the beginning of the year the scale went up to 165. It has been over 10 years since I have been below 150 and I am trying to get there.

I feel like I have eaten my way through the weekend so I am sure I’ll post a gain. I guess I got too excited on payday lol. I gotta get back on track.
I just saw a picture from the polar plunge I did this year. I felt icky when looking at this years altough kudos to me so saying screw it and going with the bikini top lol. I think its better to be comfortable in my skin at my weight then hate myself for not being at an ideal one lol.
I’m pretty sure this was when I was 169. Last time I weighed in it was 161 but I’m sure its more like 164-165 now. The henoch is bad too so I haven’t been able to work out. I was thinking about signing up for a 5K but I’m not sure I should push myself that hard. Then again I guess I wouldn’t know til I tried… maybe I will I can walk/run it so its not that huge a deal really.
The polar plunge was not as epic this year as it was last year but last year I was 180 pounds, after doing it I said if I can do this then I can make sure that scale never tips that way again. A year later I was 11 pounds lighter. I’d love to be another 10 pounds or more lighter next year. I also want next year’s photo to be more flattering than last year but last year I didn’t even take my top off because I was big.

What rituals do you guys have for recording progress? Also my legs have gotten to the point where my upper thighs are touching when I’m trying to sleep with my legs closed and its driving me nuts!!! Anyone else going through any body changes good bad or otherwise?
