Last week: 176.4
This week: 176 flat
Loss of 0.4
That’s a total loss of 4.2lbs this month. I wanted to drop 8lbs. So I didn’t reach my goal, but I have been on MFP for over 2 months and this is the first month I’ve really lost anything.
So I’ll take it and am happy about it.
The scale is moving in the right direction (albeit slowly) but that’s great especially with a 4 day weekend in there AND my parents visiting.

Ugh, stuck at 115 still. Very frustrating.

Last week: 168.6
This week has been kind of a bummer for me. I only went to the gym twice in the beginning of the week and the rest I was so sick, weak, and felt so lazy. But with not being able to eat much I still lost some weight. I am now 167.0
In total these past four weeks I have lost 7.4 pounds. Not to bad if you ask me! My goal is to get to 165 pounds by July and I sure I can do that 🙂

Um, yeah, so I haven’t moved ALL MONTH. I have the art of maintaining down, obviously. Just wish it were 25 pounds lighter….
So, no I did not meet my goal. Hmph.

Last week: 250.5
This week: 249.5
Only a pound loss, but I’m feeling pretty good. I excercised almost every day this week even when I didn’t want to, so I’m proud of myself. I just wish I would lose more then a pound a week. I feel like I’m never going to get to my goal (I really want to be down 50 lbs for engagement pics in September/October and 80 pounds by my wedding).
I didn’t set a “goal” for myself these four weeks per say, but I lost 6 pounds total. I wish it was more 🙁

Back down to my starting weight of 192. No where near my goal but I’ve been eating better and working out.. getting back into a routine so that’s good!

I’ll be home by 6 at the latest, I promise!
and then I’ll feel really bad if my weight didn’t change anyway 😛

@Mrs.Mittens: arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh. and I’m sorry to make you wait, the scale is telling me I went UP a pound, which isn’t possible, based on the scale the last couple days, but I’m not even confident to say I officially lost a lb this go around 🙁
But I’ll keep working out and eating well, I do notice that I’m getting more muscle!
