What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?
Ate too much and didn’t work out enough.
 
What are your goals for the coming week, have they changed?
Try to keep eating well.  Try to make it to the gym at least twice a week.  Try to find my damn cell phone.

Monday’s weight was 245 lbs.

Today’s weight is 240 lbs.  This was my goal weight for the 4 weeks, so let’s hope I can keep it off:)

This week I started walking at work again for at least 2 miles a day and I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating!  

My goals for the coming week are to continue to walk at least every other day at work if not every day and continue with smaller portions.  Will try and add crunches and weights next week!!  Good luck everyone

Last week: 166

Today: 163.5 WOO HOO!

I don’t ever want to see that number again!

Goals for this week: keep working out & eating right!  I am going to try to not eat out more than twice this week also.

Since I weighed in only a couple of days ago, don’t think it would be very productive to weigh in already. That part of the weigh in times confuses me actually since the thread started 3 days ago. You gals did great. See ya next week.

Last week: 165

This week: 161.6

The good:  eating better

THe bad: not enough exercise and drank beer last night ๐Ÿ™

The plan: run 3x’s a week, strength train 4 x’s a week. Eat healthy.  Beer only on Saturday.

  • What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?

(Warning: A little TMI) I was replacing breakfast and lunch with a protein drink. I actually lost 4 pounds! This went well until I realized that I hadn’t gone to the bathroom the whole week and the pounds were slowly coming back. After some research I found out that this is an issue with people going for high-protein diets. I tried natural laxative foods but it didn’t work. I finally had to buy milk of magnesia. Eep. I had to stop replacing meals just to get more solid food in my body because of how well(?) my body responded. Only this morning has the milk of magnesia worn off so I’m trying to get back into the swing of things. I’ll only do one meal replacement for now and work my way up slowly so my body can get used to the change.

To just to exercise already! Why do I hate it so much? Why?

Starting weight: 243

Today’s weight: 241.2

What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?

      Good was that I worked out just about every day but one. Bad/Ugly was the snacking while FH had to work 3rd shift two nights this week. I made up for it one night by exercising after snacking but still.

Goals for the upcoming week?

     Stiriving to be in the 230s by next weigh in. I know I can do it, it’s so close. I need to drink mroe water too. I think that’s where all my headaches from working out are coming from. Plus better snack choices.

@LaCroix:  I have a protein shake for breakfast usually.  I add flax to it (.5 – 1 TBS) and it helps with that.  Also, make sure you are drinking enough water and eating lots of fruit and veggies for snacks/dinner

Starting weight: 166.2

Today’s weight: 166.0

I only lost .2 of a pound this week, but I suppose it is still a loss. Understand why though since I overindulged this week, so that is a step in the right direction. Focusing in on no alcohol, no second helpings of anything and continuing with ramping up my water intake. Feel really bloated today, but I know once my body is used to the water I will feel much better!

Also plan to incorporate exercise at least 3 times this week in the form of Wii Fit Plus and fast walks. My ankle is still recovering from a sprain so I can’t do anything too strenuous, but I want to see those pounds gone so I will do what I can handle.
