@Mrs.Mittens: Oh I think I put this on the other board last week I was 170 this week im 168.2 so 1.06%.
Last week I ramped up workouts and paid more attention to what I shove in my mouth. Next week I will try to have at least 3 workouts and maybe log the food. My goal is the same to lose one or two pounds a week until November.

I have acutally been slacking about going to the gym. This weekend my Fiance family is in town, as well as all of my bridesmaid so I know i’ll be going out to eat…so we shall see what will come of it lol

Tons of water and an addiction to spinach is starting to work. Less stress this week, only one tire slashed after we replaced 4 already. Now we have security lights, camera and a motion alarm, I couldn’t handle feeling like if we slept our stuff would be ruined.
I seriously need to get moving. DH and I really need to find a gym with late hours that we can afford, is clean and not too far away. I believe if we spend the money we will go.

Um, so i’m back where I started.
This week: I’m going camping and we’re bringing pretty good food, so I’m not worried. I’m really not going to worry about my weight this week, I need the mental break and I think this will be good for me 🙂

Sigh…unfortunately after a BIG loss last week, my body managed to back track 🙁

That’s 2 lbs gained…I’m hoping it’s muscle and I’ll be able to lose that AND more next week…

I lost 3.5 pounds! Woot! That’s the biggest weekly loss I’ve had in about a month so I’ll take it 🙂
I got a TON of good exercise in last week (including a 13 mile bike ride), and I think that had a lot to do with it. Unfortunatley I haven’t worked out hardly at all in the last two days because it’s just been SO HOT 🙁

I didn’t weight n last weekplead started at 146. I am now 145. Lost a whole pound. Bad was just being too busy to go to gym. Next week’s goal is gym 5 times a week.

Not thrilled with myself, but have had a lot going on and have not been doing a good job. I’m hoping next week will be a little better and that I’ll be able to put more into this.

*Sigh* is anyone else having a slow weekend? I know I shouldn’t weigh myself everyday but I did today and it looked like I shot up two pounds. I’m guessing thats a water weight fluctuation thing. But anyway 167 is my freak out point lately. Last time I was large I was 167 and it took a lot to lose tht weight. I’m hoping I can push through it next week and make it. If I can make it to 165 and then lose one or two each week I would be sooo happy until the 150s lol. Hopefully it all works out this time…
