143.9 to 142.5 – had some slips, but I’m still losing.
Yes, it’s hard to keep it going in the summer. I’m almost at goal, and am getting a little tired of not drinking.

Next goal is to lose another pound.

Bad week. Not so much dietwise, but didn’t get any exercise in. This is the week of my monthly, so that may be a factor. Overall, not great. Feeling discouraged, but going to try to get it together.

Is this a closed group, or can I join in? My weddings next April, and I need to lose weight for it, and the rest of my life after!
I’ve already lost 41 pounds prior to today, and my current weight is 274. I would like to lose at least another 41 pounds by the wedding, though more would be better.

It’s open to everyone but we do it in 4-week sets and this one is finishing up. It will probably be a couple weeks before another one starts! Keep checking back and if I remember I will PM you!

ok, I called my starting weight 139 and tonight I weighed 137.6.
Pretty disappointed because I’ve been right at 136 the last several days, so I must have drank a ton of water today!
