Starting weight: 145 lbs

Goal weight: 120 lbs

I am hoping to lose at least some weight in the next 4 weeks… How much depends on how dedicated I am to the diet, and the work I do… cleaning (commercially) moping, bathrooms, sweeping, lifting chairs up on the table. Lots of bending and using my unused muscles! LOL

I usually do NOT weigh myself at night but just did!  189.8 pounds.

I could kick myself at 30 I lost 50 pounds on WW at was at 152 pounds – started at a little over 200.

I am now turning 40 in November and I have just been between 160-200 for the past five years at least.

My ideal weight would be 160 pounds.  I have central obesity:  most is my stomach.  legs, arms not too bad.  Damn stomach.  I have been recently including water into my diet, as I usually LIVE and I mean LIVE off of soda.  So I have not entirely cut out soda, but am trying to cut down like a smoker would.  BTW  I quit smoking 4 years ago, so I know I can do it.  This will be interesting to see what I can lose by November when I turn 40.

Well ladies, I work at a sports bar with tons of fried food, no groceries back at my house and a great discount for employees so what does that equal? LOTS OF cheese sticks, fried pickles and waaay to decadent desserts for me to say no to.

I’m hoping after our grocery trip tomorrow I can just say no and come home and be happy eating healtheir things (like cheerios).

Sadly, gained 3 pounds this past week. *sigh*

Starting weight, 180 (again)

Goal: 134ish

This next week: 5 pounds

I had a decent week, not one I’m proud of but not one that totally sucked either. FH had to work 3rd shift two nights this week and when he is away, I tend to snack. The one night I felt so bad about snacking, I worked out again, yeah twice in one day. I had done some cardio in the afternoon and then after snacking did some stength training. I took a day off yesterday cause I was just too sore and tired to move. That led to some major guilt. My montly visitor is here, so she is making me feel like I am not losing anything but gaining twenty pounds. I really hope when I step on the scale in the morning, i see some sort of loss. If not, at least i worked out 6 times this week.

I have not been eating much the past few days….I’m down to 161.6 lbs! (from 165)…kind of knew i was bloated, but so happy to see that…I think there’s still a few lbs of bloat there that will be gone soon….

Lots of protein, and no carbs this week so far! I did have a bit of ice cream though….

I hope I’m not too late! I was excited about this!

Height: 5’3″

Starting Weight: 150.0 lbs.

Goal Weight: 125 lbs.

Goal for 4 weeks: 141.0

I’m doing Jillian Micheals Body Revolution so I think this is doable. I did the first two weeks but had to start over after a vacation so today was Day 3 of that and I’ve already lost over a pound. DH is actually doing JMBR with me too to try to build some more muscle and get in general shape so I’m optimistic. It’s nice to have a workout buddy.

My biggest challenge is diet. I eat really well, but I’m an expat in a community with a very big shmoozing, cocktail culture. It’s hard to pass on the wine or beer at a networking thing, especially since we’re like one of 3 couples in the whole scene so it has the potential to start all sorts of rumours! haha.

I have been a lot more consistent with working out this time. I think because I am starting to notice little positive differences…and I am using that to push through.

I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and the reccumbent bike. 🙂
