Hope everyone has another rocking week. So far, I’m off to a good start. Yesterday I managed to work out and do drop in yoga with a friend. Saw a good dip the last two days, let’s just hope I can keep it up throughout the week! I don’t have any big social stuff coming up though, so I think I’m on track.

week 2 has not started out well….started out a bit better today, a nice protein and fruit smoothie and planning on getting some great lean protein for meals this next couple of weeks! Lots of fresh fruit and veggies too…..

Congrats to everyone. I’ve started off the week not so great. A bad weekend at work, led to me stress eating some stuff I shouldn’t have. And FH is working nights tonight, so hopefully I won’t get the boredom eats. But if I feel it coming on, I already have a game plan of working out. Somedays I really wish the weight would fall off instanteously. But then I wouldn’t get the reward of getting on the scale and seeing the numbers drop or noticing a new muscle I have never seen before. I’m hoping by weigh in I’ll have lost some more weight.

Woo Hoo good job everyone! Ok, I really gotta step this up now because we set our wedding date this weekend to 12/1/12!!!! I am really excited and want to look & feel my best! So, wish me luck ladies!

Yay! I know you can do it!
Had a so-so weekend. I was up weight this morning. Did a bike ride on Friday night, was out in the 100 degree weather all day Saturday, we had breakfast burritos and homemade sandwiches for lunch and I split a large chicken teriyaki plate with DH for dinner. We did eat out for lunch yesterday but I reationalized it because we were in the swimming pool for about 2 hours that morning! other than that we kept it to eating at home, and we had breakfast for dinner last night.
I did a big crockpot of chicken last night and cooked some rice and put that together for a few lunches this week. I’m broke so not eating out for me this week!
And back to the gym for me! Doing cardio tonight, starting my rotation.

Had a so-so weekend. Ate some bad food during my SIL wedding over the weekend and gained weight, and then got food poisoning the next day and lost what Didn’t make for a fun weekend but feeling so much better now.
On a positive note my 5 smaller meals per day have been going really well. I also had a date with my wii fit today so I am feeling a bit sore but great! Hoping it will be a much more productive weight loss week. Good luck ladies, and keep up the good work 🙂

are you just doing the wii fit that game with the balance board? I love my wii. I can’t afford a gym membership so wii has become my gym of sorts. I am using EA active 2 and seeing some pretty decent results. I started with the wii fit and that made me motivated for the EA active.
In other ramblings, FH is working right now. I was tempted to find a snack but I just did a strength workout instead. That felt good.

Sorry for the typos in that last post. Phone freaked out on me and cut out part of my post. Yep 🙂 Doing Wii Fit Plus, the game with balance board. Love it! Nothing better than getting up in the morning and getting a good workout in before the day starts.
Would love something new to switch up my workouts though so I appreciate the tip about EA active. My husband actually works for a video game retailer (he’s also at work now too, til midnight :/ ) so I should be able to get a discount on one. I’ll check it out tomorrow and let you know how it went!
And congrats on working out instead of snacking. I swear bordom eatting is my biggest challenge for certain.

Wow! It’s quiet around here!
I’ve worked out the last two days and I’m feeling good! Up a on weight a little bit but that’s okay, getting back into a routine was really my goal this week!

I am feeling good about today so far. The past few days for me hasn’t been great, but this morning I had a healthy breakfast and worked out for an hour! Woot! Haven’t done that in so long and it felt great 🙂 Think if I keep this up I can def lose more than the .2 lbs I was down last week.
Picked up the EA active 2 yesterday and LOVE it! I swear I am addicted haha. Found it so motivating that I worked out for an hour with it today rather than my usual 20 to 30 minutes on the Wii Fit Plus. Thanks so much for the suggestion!

I worked out twice so far this week too! And I’m pushing myself harder than I normally would. It feels really good!
