Is this a stupid question but what are bicycles? I’m open to trying the strength moves. I went to the doctor and I have “early bronchitis” and an inhaler. So aerobics are out but strength moves should be fine. My goal is week is to maintain and I am going to write a menu so I don’t keep pigging out and gain back the weight I lost.

Not sure I can crank out 10 pushups twice. I did 8 really good pushups on one set today and then switched to girly ones, and then probably did about 5 on my second set.
Overall, a decent week so far, although I’m hosting a dinner party tonight and am a bit concerned about all of the yummy food.

Oi, I’m failing hard… again. DH and I had some car trouble yesterday that involved a 2 mile walk to the gas station, so at least I got that in but then we went for burgers so yeah.
Not sure if I will make it to the gym tonight, our house is trashed and needs a serious cleaning, which I consider exercise! It’s suppose to be really hot here the next three days so maybe I can sweat off some weight before Friday, lol.

@Mrs.Mittens: I can do that!! Did my strength traning routine today and got back to eating well slid back up to 167 as of this morning. So I need to watcht it!!

I’ve dropped this week! can’t wait for the weight in post! (still up from the first week though)….
getting there….trying to keep myself motivated…..I am learning though, I am trying to be more self aware
