Last week 166.7 this week 166.8. So I little gain but mostly maintanence which was my goal with being all sick and mostly unable to work out.
I’m so happy this contest was here though. Last time I did it I went from 173 to 169 and this time from 169 to 166 despite falling ill. It would have been much better if I could have worked out but I’ll take what I can get. I’m slowly but surely on my way to a weight loss I can maintain!

Bad week, not even time to weigh in. How sad is that. Between visiting my family two hours away, having a house inspection that took all day, and it’s back to college week at work, things were hectic. I can try tomorrow to weigh in but I know it won’t be pretty.
On the plus side, I did go wedding dress shopping and was happily pleased that I’m like an inch from being in a 20. About three years ago, I was in my sister’s wedding and at david’s bridal I was a 24. WOohooo. small victory.
THis week, I’m starting the couch to 5k program. Did my first jog today. I think I did alright. I feel silly when I run but it’s going to be worth it.

I’ve been eating LOTS of fresh fruits & veggies this week, which is great. I’ve also been doing great with keeping up with my exercise. On the downside, I caved and ordered pizza when I went out to eat with friends (instead of the nice healthy salad I had told myself I ought to order – whoops!). Next week – NO PIZZA!

Crap, I weighed in yesterday, but forgot to post.
So, I was super sick and really, REALLY bloated yesterday.
Last week: 148.0
(Side note FYI: Tuesday when I weighed in – personal weigh in day – I was 146.2)

It was a weird week, but still lost weight! I found it difficult to fit gym time in with my crazy work schedule so hopefully this coming week it will be better.

Gained .6 lbs Honestly with how much of an emotional eatting week I have had, I am not surprised. Had to quit my brand new job due to illness :/
Working out has been going okay, but I missed 2 days of work outs this week due to that same illness. Still need to work on healthy alternatives besides eatting when I get emotional too. Maybe going for a walk, playing a video game, getting on weddingbee haha. Anything besides turning to food for comfort.
Looking forward to this coming week and getting back on track. I would love to see 164.(something) on the scale for next week!

okay finally found time

Not as bad as i feared. I will take it. I hate how life sometimes gets in the way. I mean I get up at 230am 5 days a week to go to work. By the time I get home I’m exhausted. Then I have to do hosuehold stuff and make dinner for FH who works 12+ hours a day and then I am ready for bed. So it’s tough squeezing in time to workout. But I’m trying
This week’s goals. Back to working out. Life events may get in the way but I need to find the time to work out. I am still struggling with food. I realized I’m just not eating enough. The other day I had a bowl of cereal, a slice of chicken lunch meat, and a small bowl of ground up beef with tomato and onions. Yeah, that will surely sustain my working out habits, not.
So, today i actively looked at what I was eating, had my cereal, then a greek yogurt for snack (still trying to decide if I liked it), some chicken lunch meat, and cantaloupe. I’m going to be starting dinner here soon. I need to get back into the habit of using myfitnesspal.
This week will be a good one. Let’s shoot for 237 even. I think I can do that.

I have also been really bloated this week….doing a good shop tomorrow and plan on going full force next week……
My goal for this week: I would love to be down to 161….I also need to make sure I’m drinking enough water and staying within my calorie range 5/7 days……
