Last week = 164
This week = 164
So…nothin. Oh well. I will keep working at it and this weight will come off! (I’m good with the next round starting Monday, keep me motivated!)

I started this thread at 198.8 and I’m ending it at 198.4! Such a small small loss but considering that on Monday morning I weighed in at 201, I will take it!

Starting weight: 169
Last week: 166.8
This week: 165.4
This month was rough. I didn’t get to work out much due to illness but I got orginized and started a paper food journal which has really helped. I have started to make way better food choices everytime I eat and forgive myself if I want a slice of pizza or a beer or two, since this time around I am doing it for the maintance of it all.
Maintance was king this month and I am proud to say I have held my weight and even lost a little over the whole of the month. I am just so happy. Hopefully soon I will get back in the gym and start working out to.
Last time I did this challenge I went from 173 to 169 and kept if off so I would like to do it again no problem if you would like to kick start it again soon. Maybe this time I will be able to go to the gym! This thread has been great at motivating me I feel like I have other people going through it with me so I don’t feel so alone in it all.

Last week: 152.0
This week: 150.6
My goal for these past 4 weeks was to get down to 150.0 and though I didn’t quite make it (.6lbs away!) I am still very proud of myself. I am now exactly 30 pounds less than when I started 3.5 months ago at 180.6 😀 woohooo!

Bah, had to take care of FH, aka big baby, this week due to a really severe case of poision ivy. It took him to the point he could no longer put shoes on because his ankles were swollen and the rash so severe he had to call off of work to get him to go to the doctor.
So fitness derailed this week…blah but i didn’t gain much, just .5 So last week I was at 139 and this week blah 139.5
Next challenge I will do better. Life will not get in the way of my health Plus with the start of doing couch to 5k program, i think the weight will come off easier.
Ready to go for the next challenge. woohoo
