Starting weight: 164.6
Current weight 164.6
At least there’s no gain. Bad was the eating habits and the fact that I couldn’t work out anymore.
Good I at least laid out a work out plan, found out I can swim so I’m going to try to do that tonight.

i gained..back to 191. I am not sure why! I was really good with eating (at least i thought i was) but i did not work out at all. I am getting use to this new work schedule I am on. I hope we do another round of beegest loser after this one.
good: eating lots of fruit and veggies
bad: not working out, bad eating day sunday
I hope to lose a pound by next week. I am disappointned with myself and wish i could just do this 🙁

This week: 181.6
The bad: had a couple of bad eating days and didn’t run as mcuh as I wish I would have
The good: the bad eating days didn’t cause me to throw in the towel on the entire thing.

Not going to lie, I’m super disappointed. I was sore from a bike ride so I just did some stretching and house work last night instead of working out and I’m regretting it. I had a good week too!
Next week is going to be interesting, as I’m starting my new job in the middle of the week and it’s a new schedule. I’m going to have to start packing lunches and thinking about a new workout schedule.
Also, I’m really not sure that I’m going to have time to run this in the future, I can gauge it better next week but I might need to pass the running of this thread off to someone else. I can still participate but I’m not sure if I can run it.

So, I only worked out once this week. Oops. And I’m totally PMSing and bloated, so, I’ll take that half pound and be happy it wasn’t more LOL

The scale says I’ve gone up, I’m hoping its not true, Just ate a whole lot of food today. 🙁 The couch ridden thing stinks.
I see other bees are stricking even as well. Maybe we are all plateauing! Well its a nice thought and could be true. Anyone notice chances in their body shape? I’m starting to a little bit.
