Congrats SquidWeds!!

I am having such a hard time with this whole weight loss thing. I know I need to lose weight but it can be so difficult. Mostly on the weekends. This past weekend I was horrible. I ate junk and drank a few beers on Sunday at a baseball game. I got back on track on Monday, but I know I gained 2-3 from the weeekend 🙁 I felt sick on Sunday from eating crap and drinking so next time I am thinking of eating bad food, I am going to remind myself how gross and sick I felt. I truly do feel better when I eat healthy. I am also having a hard time fitting in workouts.

Sorry for the vent! Is anyone else having a hard time?

@healthybee26:  I gotta do that too! Yesterday I ate fries and pizza and today I went to drink a coke and it tasted gross.  I made a meal plan that should hopefully save me from that problem for the rest of the week.

@healthybee26:  I’ve been having a tougher time now that football season has started.  It’s tough to be social and not eat what’s around.  What’s really helped me is that FH holds me accountable.  He finds healthy resturants for us to go to when we have friends in town and doesn’t drink when we go out, even though he isn’t dieting at all.   Just try not to let yourself get too hungry.  I keep fruit and nuts in little stashes all over my desk at work and snack on those throughout the day, and I know this has helped.  Oh, and it’s also helped me to actually have a small splurge every now and then.  I do it like one meal a week. 

 

I forgot to weigh in last week becuase we had friends in town, but I was 130 on Friday.  Only 1 lb loss for the week, then I was back at 131 on Sundy after eating crappy for the weekend 🙁 

Since I felt so crappy, I forced myself to stick to the cleanse this week and work out at least 45 min every single day.  I’m at 128 now – the lowest I can remember being since middle school!  

3 more lbs and 9 more days to go until the wedding!!!
