I’d like to join for my first round! But I can’t BEE-lieve I’m going to put my weight out in public. 🙂 (and eh? See what I did there?)
Starting Weight: 206
About me? Not really sure what to say! I’m 28 and getting married in October. I started a boot camp last week (prepaid for 6 weeks) and only lost 1 lb but lost about 4.5 inches. So one goal is to go to boot camp 4 days a week for the next 4 weeks. I also really want to work on my diet. Limiting carbs after 3 pm. Eat more veggies. Less carbs and more protein. I definitely need to lose weight all over, but shoulder/arms/face are my priority with the wedding!
I think that’s about it! Yay – hope to be 8-10 lbs lighter in 4 weeks!!!

I’m back after sitting the last round out for health reasons 🙂
The scales yesterday said 76.75 (169 pounds), so I’ll go with that.
I’m hoping to drop about 2 kg in the next four weeks. In 3 1/2 weeks I’m off to Taiwan with a friend, and I want to be under 75, even if it’s 74.99 by then. I’m trying to up my protein, plan my meals and follow my calories. I’m on week 5 or 6 (I forget) of couch to 5k, and aim to eventually go through to the whole 10k. I also do some sort of conditioning exercise like yoga twice a week.
I am currently on medication that has a risk of weight gain, so if that happens, that happens. The goal is to keep myself healthy regardless of the way the number is moving on the scales.

So on Friday I weghed at home and my scale said 161.4…I weighed in at work and it said 163.3. I wegh in this morning at home and it said 163.0. (My TOTM is in a day or two so that could be why) but who knows. I would love to lose 2 lbs a week. I have a half marathon scheduled for March 24th so I don’t think I will take much off from here to then but I never know! I will be happy with a lb a week, or just any loss. My main goal is 140-145 so I don’t have too much more to go…but it must be why it’s being so stubborn to come off. Good Luck everyone!!

Yay I’m in for the next round! My starting weight as of tonight is 182.6.
I’d like to lose 8 lbs this round and get squarely in the 170’s!
im going to be finishing couch to 5k in 2 weeks so will be continuing to keep up with running and hopefully increase my distance by the end of this round.

Startng weight is……. 85kg (187.39 punds)
I am studying and trying to lose weight for the wedding.
In teh next for weeks I will aim to lose 3-4kg (6.61 to 8.81 punds)

I weighed in at 153 today. I would like to get into the 140s in the next 4 weeks. Need to target my thighs and tummy. I’ll do some swimming and some free weights. I need you bees to hold me accountable. My dad (and gym mate) keeps bailing on me.

Starting weight is 135.5. Darling Husband and I will be going on a trip in 2 months so I would love to be in AWESOME shape before then.
Goals for this round: give up sweets, junk food, and fast food; make it to week 7 on C25K (I just started on week 4); and complete ab exercises 4 times a week.

This morning I weighed 131.6 pounds and would really like to be down to 125 in four weeks!
I have lost a little over 22 pounds in the last year and hit a plateau (and gained some weight) around the holidays. I’ve lost 3 pounds in the last two weeks so I’m hoping to make it to 125 in the next four weeks! I’m hoping to have the weight off before my first wedding dress fitting so that I stay stable up until my wedding!
My goal is strength! I’m pretty decent at anything cardio but I really want to tone up my arms for my strapless wedding dress!

Alright, I’m in! I need some motivation and the bee is helping me with that lately in many areas!
Starting weight (Do I REALLY have to say it…?): 227
my main goal is to go to the gym 2 times a week and run with my puppy 1-2 times a week (She does not walk, she runs.). The reason I have such ‘low’ goals is because I have been very weak for a very long time and have almost no stamina, so I want to start out slow and work my way up. My plan when I go to the gym is to hit up the section that has the 10 or so machines that you can cycle through to work out your whole body and then hit up the bikes. If I can make it through an hour each time, I will slowly build up my stamina and get an overall work-out. I know I have strong legs as it is and the main thing they need is thunder-thighs to be gone. I had been doing great losing weight but right now I’m at my heaviest weight I have ever been at in my life and I hate it and need to change it. I’ve done Body by Vi, Special K and all sorts of diets but I never get motivated enough to exercise.

Starting weight: 173 lbs:
Goal weight: 163 lbs
April 4 (exactly 1 month from now) my photographer MAY be coming over to the islands for vacation and agreed to do my engagement shoot while he’s here. I want to be 163 or less for the shoot.
Eventually I’ll get to 150 and maintain it for the year before the wedding in Aug 2014.
I started out at 186, so I’m still chugging along!

Oh my, I need this. I’m so far off track again!
Current weight: 190
Goal: -4lbs (186)
I’m at the end of TOM so maybe, hopefully the need to eat everything in site will disappear until ya know, it comes back again.
Not shocking, but I did notice a change when I limit my carbs so I’m aiming for veggies instead of rice and starting to think about maybe juicing or doing a smoothie for one meal a day (we have a nice blender at work, lol!). Focusing on walking over 12,000 a day and trying to aim for at least doing a shred level twice a week. I can work out but it’s the eating that I need to get a handle on again.

Current weight: 162.0
Noticed that working at home makes me want to eat or drink something all the time for some reason. Once my car is fixed I’ll be going back to the gym so yey!
