And it’s the last weigh-in for this round!

The new round would start a week from now however I am thinking of letting someone else take over running the beegest loser. I enjoyed running it while I was unemployed but with two jobs and helping out an animal rescue I have to cut down somewhere. If anyone is interested in taking over I can send you the materials and information. If no one steps up I will keep doing it until someone else can take over. I will still participate though since I could use the weight loss. 🙂

The consequences of going on vacation purely to eat! I think about half is watewr weight though, and the other half gain. Still, I’m back to calorie counting today!

Whoo! still going reasonably strong. Lent just ended and I’m back on the booze train though, so I will have to be careful.
The goal this week is just to get through the week with the same losses I’ve had the last few weeks… One midterm and two assignments due this week, and then classes are over and I can start focusing on exercise.

My goals this week are just to stick with it 🙂 I am super tired today, hopefully I can shake that and snap out of it 🙂

This week: 148.2
This week shouldn’t count because i was sick and didn’t eat much. I’m guessing the weigh I lost was all water weight because I could not stop sweating. Now I’m going to retain water because it’ll be Aunt Flo’s visit. Can’t catch a break.
The good: I definitely exercised a good amount, but not all last week. No sense spreading my germs around. I’ve eaten a little better.
The bad: Cadbury Creme Eggs
The ugly: Sickness.

good: I ate well all week except for eating cake for my SO’s birthday
bad: I didn’t do the 30 day shred at all, and I didnt go to the gym as much as I wanted.

Not bad, Darling Husband and I went for a couple long walks and did a double on Saturday. Morning walk and then evening run. It felt great! Hoping to run again tonight. My diet as been off, but I have been eating smaller meals more often and that seems to be okay.
Goals for the coming week are to shred and get rid of the easter candy that I snack on ALL afternoon! blech. I’m so addicted to sugar!

Good/Bad/Ugly: Well, I THOUGHT I was doing well, but I also think my scale might be broken. I don’t know. I’ve been exercising a LOT and was eating very healthy and balanced meals everyday! So I’m not sure what’s going on! 🙁
Goals: Go to the gym twice this week.
