Want to join in? It’s easy! Just reply to this post with your starting weight and a little info about yourself. Please state what your goals are for the next four weeks, the areas you feel you need to work on, and any other pertinent info that you would like to share. Or you can send me a PM if you’d like to keep your weight private.
Drop by a few times a week to let everyone know how you are doing and to provide support to the other Bees participating. The more activity on the thread the better.
Weigh-ins: The weigh in thread will be posted to the fitness board on Sunday evenings and you will have until 3:30pm on Monday to get me your current weight.

I’m in again! Last round was very motivating (although I missed the thread and forgot to post my weight the last week, oops!).
My starting weight this round is 168.2. For the next four weeks I will be following WW but also eating clean(er), drinking more water, and doing some light exercise. I’m also really trying to get a good night’s sleep every single night, not just on the weekends like I normally do. Basically working on being healthier all around. I’d love to lose 5 pounds in the next 4 weeks.

Starting weight: 169.2
Over the next 4 weeks I’d like to lose 4-5 lbs and will focus on getting more physical activity and stop eating after 7pm at night.

Wow, I’m surprised I won, given my Halloween/post Sandy eating.
Starting weight: 142.8. Goals are to get below 140, avoid candy and other sweets, and to keep exercising in the cold weather.

This is my first round: I’m so pumped!
Current weight: 139.2 I hope to get down to 135 ish, while gaining muscle (which can be frustrating since muscle weighs more than fat, etc, etc). I just joined a gym and will try to make a point to exercise at least 4-5 days a week, I also need to work on my balance to do more cool yoga poses!

After my last month of eating, I’m totally in! I need something to look forward to and feel like I’m being more accountable. Sooooo….
My starting weight: 235
My goal this session (4 weeks)= 10 pounds
What I need to work on: I realllly want to go down like 40 pounds. Mr. D and I were TTC but have decided to take a step back and work on our weight and such and be the healthiest we can possibly be before getting pregnant.
How I’m going to do it: I’m going to get back on eating strict paleo and I am actually going to use the elliptical in my bedroom.

Starting weight = 177 pounds/ 80 kg.
I signed up for the unstuffed before Turkey day challenge, but grad school happened. I am really pumped this time :). I want to get down to a healthy weight range eventually (for me that would be 143 pounds/ 65kg) but that is most definately not going to happen in four weeks. If I could lose 4kg/ 9 pounds that would be awesome!
I have ordered T Tapp (international shipping – I expect it to arrive in a few days) and am trying to eat better meals. I also bought a heater, as my apartment gets COLD in winter, leading to no motivation for exercise.

Yay glad to see so many new and familiar bees!
My starting weight is 163.6. I must have gained between here and there. I am looking to get back to eating healthy and to try to go to the gym on my good days. I have to work today and tomorrow but I am hoping to go to the gym Wed,Thurs and possibly one time over the weekend.
I have 15 days left until trying on the dress lets see if I can make it to 161-162 by then. By the end of the month I’d like to be at least 160.
This last ten pounds has been rough, but I lost the previous ten with the support of this thread and even better have kept them off! I’m sure if I try hard enough I can lose the next 10 too!

Starting weight is 195. Up slightly from the end of the last round, which is fine. My goal for the next four weeks is 192. That’s only 3lbs but based on my pattern of losing for the past couple months it’s what I’m comfortable with.
I feel like I’ve hit the plateau so I need to step it up this week so that I can back to losing again. I’m aiming to work out on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s plus the weekends, and of course eating better. Currently enjoying a greek yogurt!

Hope I’m not too late to join. I’m at 178.2 this morning. Some of that is water weight, as I was at 172.8 on Thursady and went on a major carb binge on Friday and Sat. But still, I need to stop being a weekday dieter. That is the goal; to not sabotoge all my efforts by going food crazy as soon as its Friday.

I sat the last round out, but obviously that didn’t work for me. I just happened to hop on the scale this morning and it said:
166 – starting weight (um, again.)
I’m getting married on 12/1, so time to step it up!
My goal is to get down to 160.

Starting weight: 178.2. Goal is to lose 6lbs in 4 weeks and also inches. I am not sure how many inches to aim for yet! I am doing a lot of strength-training so the scale can discourage me. :/ Specific goals are to complete my workout goals for each week (I write them down at the beginning of the week), eat refined sugar and carbs in extreme moderation, eat a ton of veggies and fruit, and drink a crap-ton of water. Also focus on strength and confidence and not just the numbers! I’ve been lurking on the past threads and you guys are amazing!
