First weight in for this round!! I know I said I was going to post this up in the evening but I will be busy doing laundry then so I figured I would just post it a little earlier.

147.1 – I did some indulging Friday night, but still a 0.5 loss. Plans are to keep at it.

Starting weight: 169.3
this week’s weight: 168.2
I lost 1.1 pounds, so I’m pretty happy with that, and overall it was a good week. This week’s goal is to just stick to my diet plan.

this week’s weight: 136.4
I lost 1.6 pounds, which I am totally psyched about! I’m just hoping I can keep this up. It’s hard to get exercise in during the week, but I have a co-worker who is really into exercise who is keeping me honest. And she knows I’m trying to fit in my dress, so that is so helpful too!
Goals for next week: Cut out sodas completely, eat more fruits, keep the weight loss going!

Starting Weight: 197
-1.1… I know that I should feel good about this but I weighed a lot less on Friday morning. My plan to keep motivated over the weekend went out the window because we were so busy.
Goals for this week, keep walking. And eat in all week, I eat out on Thursday and Friday last week and while its good because I have to walk quite a bit to get food, it’s still higher calories than bringing my own food, so I’m going to try and do a shred video on Tuesdays and Thursdays to make up for the extra walking time.

starting weight 146.4 this week is 145.4. So exactly one pound loss! My plan for this week is just keep going. Not expecting miracles tho bc we are driving ten hours on Friday and another ten on sunday with lots of drinking on Saturday. So little no activity two days, plus extra beer calories probably will not result in any weight loss.

Starting weight- 189. current weight- 185.2 I am very happy, although alot of this is probably water weight. Still, it was Future Sister-In-Law birthday on sunday, and I did have some pizza. This week the goal is to work out at least 4 times and keep eating well.

Current weight: 160.5
No loss at all, at least on the scale. I measured my body fat percentage and I went from 27% body last week to 25% this week, so I know I am losing fat (I have been working out like a crazy person) but it just isn’t showing on the scale. I also lost a 1/2 inch off my waist! Just gonna keep on working out and watching what I eat.

Current weight: 148
I was not as good as I should have been this week, but then other times I was great. Cut my caffeine and pop intake to a small percentage of what it normally is. I think the weight gain is the fact that I’m drinking SO SO SO much water!!
Good: Lots of water!
Bad: Still about the same on the alcohol front.
Goals: Workout more in the aerobic zone, as opposed to the anaerobic zone (I continuously was in the 170 bpm and up zone). Continue to eat healthy and drink water. I’m already feeling better.
(Sorry I’m late, college classes and internet wasn’t working last night after I went tothe gym!)

Current Weight: 164
I didn’t exercise as much as I would have liked and ate crap but I finally actually fit into my size 10 jeans and I’m starting to feel skinny. I guess that’s because I am below my second heaviest weight. Last month was a blur with dealing with this disease and the financial aftermath and the job opportunities that I didnt get call backs.
I have had a lot of stress and ups and downs but I’m going to try to and make October count. I am very excited because this is my first loss in a few weeks now! I’m thinking I may have had a plateau.
Congrats on all the weight loss! The average weight loss this week was 1.04 pounds!
No problem in being a little late lol I’m a little late reporting in as well! That’s great that you are drinking more water that was one of the harder things for me to do as well, at first it resulted in a little gain but the trade off of less liquid calories made up for it in the end.
I have put everyone’s weight in the spreadsheet and will post the results.
ETA: My goals next week are to eat a lot better and drop the extra soda I have been drinking for water. Need to eat more protein!! And prepare much more nurtrious meals.

You can add me! I started at 160lbs on Sept. 30 and after 5 days of doing Hot Yoga I lost 5lbs, so I’m at 155 right now. I’ve also been jogging 30min 2x a week.
I’ve been drinking almost a gallon of water a day and have also cut off sweets and pastries out of my diet and began eating many more veggies.
My goal for the next week is to continue doing yoga every day and find the time to fit in running.

my current weight is 152.6
since I am just starting I will put my new weight in the next post, I need support… I have gained 7 lbs since my wedding. I wpuld like to lose 10lbs by Dec. 31st
