Hey Ladies!

Last week: 195

This week: 194.8

Not much but I will take it.  Didn’t get a chance to workout on Saturday morning but did yesterday and compared to the last few weekends we ate sooo much better.

Goals for this week are pretty much the same as they’ve been the whole time, eat better and get as much walking in as possible.  And… I’m going to try and get Darling Husband motivated to start working out again!

I was 150.4 (I think the .4 is right) on last monday. Today I was exactly 146.

  • What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?

I did excellent all week. At one point the scale said 144.something but it stabilized at 146. Friday, I did have a piece of cake and Saturday I had 2 Doritos Locos Tacos (which I compensated for with a salad for dinner). But, overall I did pretty good and made sure to drink atleast 8-10 bottles of water each day. I swear I lose so much more weight when I drink a ton of water.

  • What are your goals for the coming week, have they changed?

My goal for this week is to lose 3 lbs. I know by common standards, I’m suppose to shoot for 2 lbs each week. But since I just started low-carbing last week, I know I’ll atleast lose 3 lbs this week before my weight loss slows down.

Last week’s weight: 166.7

This week’s weight: 167.8

I gained 1.1. Ugh. I was really sick this week and used it as an excuse to eat lots of things I normally don’t (i.e., comfort food). This week isn’t off to the greatest start either, but I’m back on the wagon today. And I’m trying to focus on the positive, which is that I’ve still lost weight overall.

Start: 182.0

Current; 178.2

I am really pleased, although TOM was this week and I was 178 on Thursday, had a cheat day on Sat, and am working of that cheat meal now.  I try to remember that weight loss is not an instant thing, it is a lifestyle change.  I am impatient. 

But still, the goal for the month was to be under 180.  So I did it.  New goal is to hit 175 by Nov. 1

Hey guys, I won’t be able to post until 6:30pm Central (4:30pm Pacific) tonight but I’ll post as soon as I get home and weigh in! (I tried WI on the scale here on campus, but I REALLY think the scale didn’t work because I don’t think it’s possible that I lost 12 lbs in one week)!

145.3 last week, 143.0 now. Woot!

I’ve been doing well with portion control and limiting sweets and booze. I have a couple parties coming up, so I wouldn’t be as good, but my goal is to not let those outings derail me.

Last week: 135.4

This week: 136.0

Well, I wish I could say I was surprised by the gain, but I am not. I have not been keeping good track of my meals and snacks, and also I tend to stress eat. And this week has been SUPER stressful!

But I’m going to try to refocus on writing things down, and keep exercising!

I know I’m late…

Last Week: 146.6

This week: 147.0

Ugh. I am sad. I’ve been okay. I’ haven’t been great, but I was better than the last week! Why did I go up! On the plus side, I feel better… sort of. Blah. I hate looking at the scale and feeling like I didn’t work hard enough, but then I go and eat a bunch of candy because it’s sitting there and I’m distracted.
