It’s the last weigh-in for this round! Sorry it’s a little late.
- Please post last weeks weight and your current weight, don’t forget the tenths of a pound!
- What was good/bad/ugly about this past month?
Winners are determined by calculating your percentage of weight lost using this calculator.
I’m thinking about starting the next thread on Monday the 5th is everyone okay with this?

Starting Weight: 197
Current Weight: 194.8
-2.2lbs! I’m happy about this but it seems so pathetic after four weeks! Plus, I was a pound lighter when I weighed last Thursday but had some bad eating days and so I busted my butt in the gym just to get back to where I was last week!
Anyway, I’m making progress and I’m losing and maintaining but not gaining it back so that’s good! And I’m good with starting the next thread on the 5th!

143.0 last week
Halloween parties and Sandy related eating set me back. Just got to get back at it.

Morning bees. There’s still a few that haven’t responded so I’m going to leave this up for a little bit.
Starting weight: 164.8
This week: 162.2
I really worked out very little this month due to the HSP but it is what it is. I was shocked to see my weight below 162 but we will see what happens next week lol. I have been eating a little better this week. Cooked meals at home for most of it.
I hope that next month I can get more active. I have 19 days before I go back to visit my family and try on my mom’s dress. (Which has been my motivation for sticking to the weight loss path since June.)
It’s only a 2.6 pound loss but I’ll take it! I feel like posting a negative number is a positive in itself! When I started doing the Beegest Loser in June I was 173 I don’t know that I would have lost any weight without the encouragement here so I am really really happy I stuck to it. I went back and re-read the thread and found that I have a hard time sticking to the fitness plan and having the HSP it was impossible but I did go to the gym more than I would have, I think the thread has really helped to keep me accountable. I also said in that thread that I wanted to be able to maintain a weight for at least 6 months. Well I haven’t quite done that yet but I have had a few plateaus that I have been able to overcome, in the past I would have just given up on that. So I am a very very happy camper right now.
I’m glad everyone else is posting good numbers too. 🙂

Any more bees? I know the east coast affected by the storm has only gotten power back in the last few days and some are still without it so I wonder if I should leave this up a while longer…
