This week: 141.1
This has been a really good week. I had a few drinks Friday night and last night, but none during the week. I’m keeping my eating in check.

I drank a lot of water last week which makes me feel much better when I do. I’ve been avoiding candy and unhealthy snacking. I hope this week wasn’t a fluke as I haven’t been able to loose weight for a while now no matter what I did.

I was doing well a few weeks ago and dropped some pounds, but then hurricane Sandy came and we did not have power for 9 days. I stayed with my inlaws and ate junk and drank alot. it shouldnt be an excuse, but it was hard to eat healthy. I started WW today so hopefully that will help me stay on track with food. I would like to lose 2 pounds this week and work out 3 times.

🙁 I was down a pound, but went home for my cousin’s wedding this weekend. Lots of food, alcohol and no exercise. Oh well! This week *will* be better!

Starting Weight: 195
Blech. I’m struggling. I’m just done with TOM and I’m shooting myself in the foot on the weekends after having a good week. I never got to the gym because I slept late both mornings and we had things to do, etc, blah, excuse, etc. blech.
Today is our first anniversary and when I got on the scale this morning all I could think about was that a year ago I weigh 14lbs less and I was happy! I want so bad to get back there but I just cannot get myself out of this funk that I’m in!

This week’s weight: 166.2
Exactly 2 pounds and I’m very happy with that! I actually stopped WW and went back to low carb, which has worked really well for me in the past and makes me feel more sane and less obsessive. I’m not doing a completely strict no carb thing, just eating less of them and really limiting the processed foods.

Good: I kept on plan for the most part. Even during (most) of the weekend!
Bad: Fell off last night and today.
Goal: To be 100% accountable this week. I am going to count every single calorie I put into my mouth starting tomorrow.

Starting weight- 172.8 (the last post said 178.2 but I’m going to go with what the scale said before my 3 day binge)
Todays weight- 170.2
I’m pretty excited. Although hitting 170 even would have been nice. I managed to go through the whole weekend without cheating, and I feel pretty good about it. Heading to see the family next week and hope that they notice a difference. This weeks goal is to keep up the good eating and to try to workout at least every other day.

Glad to see I’m not the only one struggling to get motivated. I have been eating well and have been mostly sticking to water but I just can’t seem to get up to working out and I know I have to exercise to make a difference. Bleck!
Goal for this week is to get up and move more, workout 4 times this week and start working on better recipes for dinner.

I started at 235 and I’m down to 232! So three pounds!! Whoot whoot! This week will be kind of iffy because I have a lot of work to do (conferences week) and not a lot of time to work out. Next week however, should not be too bad since I am off the entire weeknd and we are not doing alot of family get togethers with terrible eating, lol!

Started at 159.2 and today I am 161 🙁
I don’t feel ‘fatter’ but I don’t feel skinnier either. I don’t think protein shakes like me, I always seem to gain weight when I drink them.
Motivation has also been crappy for me as well this week. Just can’t stick to it for some reason. Going to try a different diet plan this week, fingers crossed the results are better!

Maintained at 178.2…feel good about it since I had a wine and cheese party and other social treats this weekend. I have 5lbs to go to lose 10lbs by Thanksgiving so I cut out refined sugar to try and reach it . Also adding in some more cardio with TurboJam.
Losing weight is hard…I was encouraged to read all your posts guys. Keep it up!
