So happy i lost this week! I did not really work out, but was good with food choices

Today – 158.7

Not too bad I guess considering I blew my eating on two days, but I did expect to see a bit more off than that.

Last week: 80kg (ish, my scales aren’t the best!)

This week: 79.5kg ish

But, I have lost 11cm, including 8 from my abdomen!

This weeks goal is to lose another half kilo, to get down to 79.

Last week I kicked up my exercise big time, and yesterday did the 7th day in a row of my workout video. I want to do food this week.

Last week’s weight: 166.2

This week’s weight: 164.9

So excited to have broken through the 165 mark! This one feels like much more than 1.3 pounds. 

Goal for this week: continue eating clean/low carb, eat reasonably through Thanksgiving but enjoy myself.

141.1 last week

138.8 this week (even lost a few tenths since yesterday).

 

This is goal range baby. Just keep on keeping on, and try to not eat too much during T day.

Hey Ladies!

I weighed up from last week.  I’m sick and instead of having no appetite, I appear to eating whatever is in sight, so I’m gaining.   Hopefully once I kick this I can get back on the path again.
