Boo, I knew I overindulged. I’m back at it 100% today and I’m going to lose what I gained plus some for next week which (I think) is the last weigh-in.

YAY I’m totally joining! I took my weight down this morning in hopes that this thread would pop up.
Last week: 144.0
What was ugly about this past week was finding out that my body fat % is a lot higher than I thought it was. What was good about last week was starting my evening workout regiment with my best bud and maid of honour. I eat pretty well but need to control portion sizes for me and Fiance so that’s my major overall goal. My specific goal for this week is to not be a lazy bum and make lunch every day to bring to work with me, and to eat my oatmeal instead of Timmies in the morning =).

Saturday morning weigh in: 142.0 (after 2 thanksgiving dinners)
I started my cleaning eating again today. Raw fruit and veggie smoothies. Yum. I have a 5K on saturday so I will be runnign everyday this week and trying to get back to eating healthier. I will so miss having my pumpkin pie. Boo. I have also recruited my dad to go runnign with me. He is 57 years old and can run circles around me, so we are meeting in town fot that. I hate the fact that my legs dont tire but my breathing does. His legs hurt him, but his breathing is fine. Ugh, I need breathing tips. Lol. The whole, in through the nose and out through the mouth, really bites!!!

Not too bad for not being able to work out this week since I was traveling for the holiday and eating quite a bit of sweets at both parties.
I also think I picked up the flu this weekend since my entire body is in pain. Really hope it goes away soon, I’m feeling miserable. I don’t plan on working out until I feel better.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who gained weight over Thanksgiving, but seriously, that is ridiculous. I honestly didn’t even eat all that much. Oh well, I’m sure it will come off.

I killed it last week. Week #2 was so hard for me – I was up alot which is why I didn’t post. But I got my act together last week. My only downfall was a delicious Thanksgiving dinner (which I prepared). I love STUFFING. LOVE LOVE LOVE it! 🙂 So I punished myself Friday and Saturday with some killer workouts to make up for mowing down on it Thursday.
My goal this week is just to stay with my eating plan. My Fiance just left to work out of state until Christmas so now is the perfect time to focus on me. I want to be a little hot elf for him. 🙂

I’ve been pretty good, exercised daily. Planned for Thanksgiving, so not as bad as it could be. I also had burger King, which I get to be in the vicinity of about twice per year!
Goal for this week: Continue to eat well. CXontinue to exercise and moniter myself (I’m on myfitnesspal. Username the same as here if anyone wants to join/add me – I’m making my friends!)
I really really really want to break the 80kg, and next wek have a reading in the 70s!

I have been ‘juice fasting’. It is incredible to see the weight fall off…I’m going to have to be extra careful when I stop to make sure I don’t regain any of it.

Thank you for doing this again. I meant to ask you because I was doing the bridesmaid stuff on Sunday, I will be traveling tomorrow. I will be posting pics of my dress I am just so excited. I also tried on some dresses that I wore many years ago and that was really fun.
I have no weigh in though due to traveling. 🙁

Ha, so I obviously have completely missed this whole round so far! But, 4 days till I get married! Exercise has stopped since last Tuesday-ish. My eating hasn’t been great, but not terrible either. Some fast food thrown in there from time to time. But I did get a chance to jump on the scale and it was at 165.5 so I’m down half a pound. As long as my dress fits on Saturday, I’ll be all good. And it will because I haven’t gained, I just haven’t lost anything!
Trying to focus on getting in lots of water this week!

179.6…ugh, totally gained over Thanksgiving. However, I’ve lost .5 inches on my waist, 1 inch on my buns, and .5 inchs on my thighs since measuring them 10 days ago. Whoo-hoo!!
Doing good on workouts so far this week. I am alternating level 1 of 30DS with pure cardio HIIT workouts and some pilates thrown in for good measure.
Great job, everyone! I need to buckle down and lose some lbs and inches before Christmas.

Alrighty guys I got my stuff back together I’ll go through and record these and post up the results. I don’t have any more upcoming trips or anything and if something comes up again I’ll designate an alternate.
I’m commiting to this challenge 100% as I have gained 4 pounds since the end of the last one but still fit in the dress. I need to stay in shape in order to ensure I still fit into it come July!
