Ugh… I’ve fallen wayyyy off track. I’m up from the beginning of the thread, so I’m looking forward to the next one starting. I was doing so good and then I got sick and it’s been crazy with holidays and birthdays and excuses! 🙂

This week 79.3 (both in KGs)
I mentioned in another thread that my scales were off at the beginning, so my best estimate of a starting weight was 82.1. I’m very, very happy with my weight loss, and intend on continuing. Thank you for doing this. I really appreciate it, and can’t wait to join the next one!
I have started to monitor calories and exercise regularly. I feel great. So glad I made this decision.

I’m pretty happy with that! I’m hoping to break the 130s this week! The good stuff about this month was getting back into kickboxing – the challenging part is that my body is still trying to catch up with the level of activity I’ve imposed on it. Another Bee aptly described it as being in WTF mode right now! So true!

I had been sick this week and only got to the gym once. I stopped keeping track of food like I had been in the begining. Overall I’m happy with the weight lost from this round.

Have gained back some of my loss, but that is ok, I am back on track today onwards.
Still hoping to get rid of 10 pounds before Christmas.

To my complete shock I woke up the past few days and weight in at 169. How on earth I gained 5.4 pounds in less than 2 weeks is a bit of a mystery to me. I am very upset and humiliated even.
I have never posted a gained in this challenge and in one month I have had a gain of 5.4 pounds.
I guess I must have let me disease get the best of me. I can’t let that be the case anymore. I have to do something to make it better. I guess I can just try my darndest to work out each day for a half hour even if I don’t make it to the gym to swim. I can’t let this beat me no matter how defeated and worthless I feel due to the fact I have been unable to get a job. I did fit in my mom’s dress at 165 last week so if I at least lose that weight I know I will be all set.
Next month I really hope to reverse this damage I did to myself. I hope to get back to at least 165.

I will start the next round on Sunday because clearly I need to lose some weight (again. 🙁 ). The encouragement from this thread doesn’t let me give up on myself so that is something to keep me going. I need to stick to a plan and not veer and let myself have food I shouldn’t have so often. Once in a while is fine but it looks like I have been pushing it.
I also need to stick to my protein at every meal rule. Let’s hope the next month treats us a lot more kindly than this one did!
