Aaah, I posted in the starting weight thread, so I’ll just repeat it here 🙂
I am down one pound from last week (163.8). It could be a little more, but I didn’t pay attention to the tenths of a pound the first go-around. Thus, I’ll stick with 1 pound and watch the tenths from here on out.
What went well this week? The on-going support on here! Seriously, it helps.
What went wrong this week? Two Christmas parties/brunches and a last-minute shift I picked up at the bar on Friday (i.e. getting off late, drinking a few after work, and then being hungover allll the next day).
My goals are to keep the running up (even more so through Christmas break from teaching). I’d also like to start seeing more than one pound a week; however, I will keep the article I posted in the original thread in mind. And a pound is still a pound!

Weight today – 209.4
One pound down…nine more to go.
Good thing this week was I started counting my calories more and this really helped me consider something long and hard before I ate it. The bad, I didn’t exercise as much as I wanted.
My goal for this week is exercising 6 days and to eat cleaner.

I went up to 153.6 from 152.8
I have the flu and have been in bed for days, so I’m not surprised by this. Oh well!
I’ve never had the flu before and it is *so* awful 🙁 I’m sure once I feel better I’ll be more active.

Starting weight: 144.5lbs
Today’s weight: 142.4lbs
Good about this week was the days I kept to my healthy eating for the WHOLE day and able to fit in a few min of some type of exercise – walking or doing videos. Darling Husband has been VERY supportive, pushing me to exercise, at least going for a 40 min walk together. Bad were those 2 days I gave into the Christmas cookies and alcohol. Ugly was the fact that I couldn’t get through a whole excersie vid. I’m hoping it will get better this week!
My goals are to completely stay away from the cookies/chocolate, go for a walk when I get home from work everyday and do an exercise vid AT LEAST 3 times this week.
Next week is going to be HARD with 3 Christmas dinners… le sigh.

Last week – 203.6, this week 201.6. I did not meet my goal of going to the gym more, but I did eat healthier. I’m going to my hometown on Wednesday so I want my goal to be to jog Thursday and Friday, and walk as much as possible – even though it’s in the suburbs.
Oh yeah, and eat as many veggies as possible. LOTS of festivities coming up so avoid all the rich food!

Last weeks weight was 158.
Today I was at 156.1— I have to say that I’m very happily shocked by that one. I’ve been having a lot of trouble losing weight since I cut out caffiene. My upping exercise has really paid off.

I’m not officially in this week. As I mentioned on the other thread, I’m quite sick and had iv meds yesterday. As a result, I’ve stopped counting calories or exercise. I hate it, because I can feel my body getting “softer” again.
Thursday morning I was 78.1kg. I won’t weigh today, but I am 90% sure I’m now more.

I had a great week and weighed in on saturday am at 180.0 down from 183! I am doing low-carb and exercising 4-5 times a week, weights and cardio. I hate working out but getting results really helps keep me going.
I cheated a little on saturday/sunday and had about half a beer and some sugary salad dressing, but it could have been much worse. Hoping to be at 178 on friday when I go to England to meet my in-laws for the first time…yikes.

This week’s weight: 140.2
Last week: 142
The good: I lost weight!
The bad: I only worked out 3 times last week, not meeting my goal for 4 times.
The ugly: A lot of fast food, candy, and junk food.
My goal for this week is to work out 4 times, eat NO FAST FOOD, and lose another 2 pounds!

I guess I did not weigh in on time! I am still going to post so I can keep track for myself! I gained this week. I was going to not post about this, but I figured I should hold my self accountable.
I am now doing low carb and cutting out processed food. I just started it, but I know I do better with this way of eating compared to counting calories.

Starting weight: 182.4lbs
Down 1.4lbs this week! Woo-Hoo!
What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?
I still have trouble wanting fast food breakfast. I did ask for egg whites instead of regular eggs, but I still ate sausage and cheese. It was also hard to get in my work-out’s due to the rain. I ended up working out 3 days instead of the 5-6 that I wanted to. I did cut down on my portions though and that is probably why I ended up losing. I also tried to eat a salad or soup for dinner instead of a big meal.
What are your goals for the coming week, have they changed?
No changes. I still want to begin my day with a healthier breakfast and continue to increase my work-out’s.

Last week = 187
This week = 183.7
Good = I’ve lost the weight I gained during Thanksgiving, minimal snacking and really watching what I eat (tracking via WW). I got into clothes that were hiding in my closet because they were too small and bought a skirt in a size smaller (though it doesn’t fit i can squeeeeze into it so I bought it as motivation).
Bad = Feeling impatient and feels like ill nevet get out of the 180s.
Goal for the week = eat healthy when eating out (3x this week! Who would have thought I’d dread eating out?). Remain positive. Keep on tracking…and truckin.
