Last week = 183.7

This week = 181.7

Good = Started going back to WW and tracking consistently

Bad = Ate a bit more on Christmas (especially sweets) than I wanted

ugly = New Years is right around the corner and I’m scared! So much alcohol to be consumed…damn liquid calories.

Goals = keep tracking and keep positive attitude

Last week – 209.4

This week – 207.5

I honestly don’t know what happened and was suprised when I stepped on the scale this morning. Although I indulged this week due to the holidays, I moved ALOT! I wish I would’ve worn my pedometer while I did all of my Christmas shopping earlier this week just to keep track of how many steps I took.

My goal this week, is to eat healthier. Make my own meals more regularly and plan my meals. I also want to exercise more.
