starting weight (of this round of BEEgest Loser): 189.8
last weeks weight: 186.8
this weeks weight: 183.2
I weigh in at 6p.m. EST at my WW meeting, but I weighed in this morning on my work scale and it’s still saying 183.2.
I’m happy with my progress, although it’s a little less than I wanted to lose, I’m really seeing the changes in my body and my clothes, and I’m feeling great. I’m able to run a lot more now than at the beginning of the month due to my couch to 5k training, and spinning has become a habit.
This past week was good as far as working out and eating, except for this weekend – I went away with SO to my old college campus and met up with an old friend and her SO, and we had some drinks, ate some not so healthy things and overall had a great time – I stayed on plan as far as points for WW but it wasn’t my normal routine, so I didn’t sweat it too much because I’ll be back on track today going forward!
I’m looking forward to even more progress in March!

Had my WW weigh in, this weigh-in was 183.0.

I started at 196 and today I weigh 189.5. I’m down 6.5lbs and it feels so good! I went to the doctor last week and I’d lost 10 since I’d seen her last and I was over the moon!
Thanks Mrs.Christopher for keeping this up and I’m looking forward to the next round!

I gained a pound so I am at 161.4. It has been super crazy! We got snowed in Monday and most of Tuesday…meaning I ate a lot on Monday. Back on track for the next round!
