I am happy to start whenever works for you

Good about this week = regular exercise

goals = keep exercising and eating well. The specialist has suggested I up my protein, so up my protein.

I’ll post my weight after I weigh myself. . .just wanted to post here for now so I can find the thread. ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi ladies, sorry for the delay! @Mrs Christopher:  Congratulations on your losing streak!

I worked out 4 times last week then spent the weekend on the couch eating fast food. Whomp whomp whomp. My work has become more physically demanding which accounts for my increased hunger. Darling Husband went grocery shopping yesterday so now I have healthier choices around to start this week off right! 

My weight last week was 138.2. Today I weighed in at 137.2. 1 pound down, 15.2 more to make goal!

I toooootally dropped off the face of the earth with this one… sickness, then a volunteer trip overseas, and then I got a tattoo (he said its location was not conducive to working out).

 

BUUUTT, can I please, please join the next one? I promise I’ll do better! ๐Ÿ™‚

Sorry, sorry. . .I’m here!!

I’m at 179.4.  I think my last weigh in number was 181.2.

This week has been kind of horrible for me.  I’m doing Weight Watchers and have sorta fallen off the plan for this week.  Hoping to get back on track starting today and have a bigger loss for the next weigh in.
