The BEEgest Loser is back for another 4 week round!
Want to join in? It’s easy! Just reply to this post with your starting weight and a little info about yourself. Please state what your goals are for the next four weeks, the areas you feel you need to work on, and any other pertinent info that you would like to share. Or you can send me a PM if you’d like to keep your weight private.
Drop by a few times a week to let everyone know how you are doing and to provide support to the other Bees participating. The more activity on the thread the better.
Weigh-ins: The weigh in thread will be posted to the fitness board on Sunday evenings and you will have until 3:30pm on Monday to get me your current weight.

So glad this started up again!
Current weight: 196.4
In the four weeks I would love to lose 5 pounds! I am doing this by eating less carbs and smarter choices in general and I am working on coming up with a workout routine.

Ok Ill try this out..
My current weight is 195.6
In four weeks I would like to lose about 8 pounds overall I want to be down to 130ish.
I’m going to try to eat smaller portions and exercise 5 times a week.

I’m not home and I don’t have a scale right now but I’ll use my last weigh in number from the last round which was 179.4 as my starting weight. Ideally, I’d like to be in the 169’s by the end of the 4 weeks but a more realistic goal for me is to lose 5lbs. My toughest challenge is staying motivated.

Nice to hear from everyone. My starting weight is 164.8. I’ve been eating terribly since I got this part time job and its a matter of balancing my time and what little money I have left after bills to buy food.
I also have the henoch acting up so I haven’t been to the gym and whole lot but I will get back there as it seems to have calmed down again. 🙂
It’s not going to be easy but nothing worth having is easy!! I’m hoping to be a solid 160-162 by the time this round is over.

I’m Christina–law student. Gained ~20 pounds in the past year from stress and then TRYING to gain for health reasons–I’d like to lose 4-5 pounds in these 4 weeks. I’d be happy with 4 though!

I’m in, still hovering around the same weight as I was last time a participated. Starting weight is 196.
I have a goal to lose 11 pounds by April 1st, which is like a pound a week. I’ve gotten back into logging calories and we (DH and I) are eating a lot better since he is also trying to lose. Haven’t really been working out, but looking to go at least 3x a week this coming week.

Sorry I am so late, I have been sick as a dog this week with the most horrible cold ever. I am back up to 138.8 and haven’t been working out at all (or realistically leaving the couch) and eating whatever is easiest to make. Oops, goodbye progress!
Goals for this round (same as last round!):
Work out 4 times a week
Stick to my calories
Add in some weight training
Starting weigt: 138.8
Goal weight: Let’s go for 134!

I’m in! Starting weight is 197.6. I’d loooove to be in the 180s at the end of 4 weeks but I’ll take 5lbs.
I’m counting weight watchers points and trying to be more mindful of my food choices in general and I’m back to going to the gym regularly. So far so good!

A little late to the thread but I’d like to join again!
Starting weight this round: 168.6
A little about me (since I’ve been MIA for a while…)
I got married 12.1.12 and couldn’t be happier 🙂 My birthday is coming up the end of February and I’ll be thirty, so I’ve vowed to get into an exercise routine and make the best of it! I started zumba (on the wii) last week and I’m acutally having a ball with it! Its a lot of fun, even though I kind of suck at it, I’m still getting a good cardio workout!

Starting weight 90-ish
Within 4 weeks, try to gain at least 5 pounds.
Do this by exerciseing at least 30 mins a day, cutting out sugary crap and eating more protien.

I’d like to join this round! As of last monday( my weight watchers weigh in day) I was 189.8. As of 11/26/12, I’ve lost 18.4 lbs.
Just realized weigh in is by 3:30…. So I’m going to use a regular scale instead of my official ww weigh in (I don’t go until 6pm). As long as I use the same scale it will work!
My goal for the four weeks is to keep on my couch to 5k schedule, I’m currently finishing week 3. Other goals are to lose 8 lbs and drop a size toning up!

(I’m 1/2 way to dropping a size already, I should clarify my post- so in the next 4 weeks I want to finish that and get down into a 12.)
