I’ll join even though I’m a week late. 🙂

Starting weight: 146

Goal weight: 130-135

Good: I’ve been working out 4-5 days a week for at least an hour, usually doing the Bar Method and/or running outside. I’ve been trying a paleo diet for a few weeks now. Yesterday I did all my grocery shopping and cooking for the week, so hopefully that helps me stay on track.

Bad: I have a very bad habit of sneaking 2 mini reese’s peanut butter cups out of my secretary’s candy jar every afternoon. Bad Boston Bee.  Also, I’m already predicting Sunday night won’t be a good eating night because of the superbowl and accompanying dips and beer. 

Goal: No more peanut butter cups! My SO and I have our weekly date night on Friday, and I’m hoping not to eat any bread, not order wine, and order the healthiest thing on the menu.

  • Last weeks weight: 138.8
  • Current weight: 136.0 Woohoo!
  • Good: I somehow miraculously lost weight, I made it back to the gym last night, and I signed up for my first 5k in July
  • Bad: I was sick with a cold so I didn’t workout one time between 1/17-1/27
  • Ugly: I surived off of Ramen, pizza, and king size Twix.
  • Goals: Same ol’, same ol’. Stick to calories, work out 4x. I have added ab workouts but I am waiting until next week to add weight training and now running into the mix..Gotta make sure I don’t push myself too hard since I am just getting back off the couch and moving around again!

Current weight:179 

Good: Lost weight I gained over the last week so pretty much maintained previous weight

Bad: Didn’t track food

Ugly: Too much drinking, partying, & gained weight over the weekend (+3lbs)

Hi, 

 

I’d love to join if that is still a possibility. I’d love to have somewhere to post to not only keep me accountable, but to have support and to support others as they lose weight. My wedding is June 29th and I’d really like to lose inches from my waist and bust beforehand. 

Last week: 184

This week: 182.6

Weight Lost: 1.4 lbs

What was good/bad/ugly about this past week?

Good: I’ve been doing no carbs and have been really enjoying finding new recipes and my stomach hasn’t been hurting as much as it does normally 

Bad: I’m stressed a lot and am dying to remedy that by eating, so it’s been a constant struggle not to grab dessert 

Ugly: I had carbs yesterday for the first time in ages. A coworker brought me arroz con pollo, and I had some, and then felt not so great about it 

Goals: Stay within my calorie limit each day, use my elliptical more than twice a week
