@Mrs Christopher: I think I missed week 1 but I would like to weigh in with a starting weight? I’m at 233.5 which is down 10 pounds over all but not in the time frame of this contest. Can I have that as my week 2 weight and start from there? How many weeks does this go on?

Current weight: 185.0
This was my first week back on track and I did really well with my eating, averaging between 1500-1800 cals/day without cheating. The bad thing is, I didn’t work out at all. My goal for the next few weeks is to get back to doing my elliptical 3x a week.

Ending weight 180.0
No major bumps for the week. Saved my weekly (Weight Watcher) points for yesterday’s Superbowl party and made some healthy versions to grub on. Feeling good.
Goal this week: work out at least 3 times.

@Mrs Christopher: What time do we have to report by? My WW weigh-in is at 6 p.m. (EST) but I can weigh in “unofficially” at work if I have to report before then.

Last week: 194
Really small loss but I’m okay with that, even though I was down to 192 in the middle of the week. I had a bad eating weekend and while I was in my calorie range, what I ate was terrible. Fried chicken and then these horrible potatoes yesterday with bacon, etc. on them. I did get a ton of exercise, Darling Husband and I went on 5 mile walk yesterday morning.
Planning on getting to the gym at least three times this week, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
I’m struggling with the restriction of eating 1400-1600 calories a day. It FEELS like I cannot eat anything without going over my calories so I’m debating ditching this idea (sort of) until I get my brain and my body into healthier eating. I just really hate veggies, love only certain types of fruit and just crave fast food all the time.

Ugh. Not what I was hoping for.
I only got two work outs in last week. And of course, an extra drinking day because of the super bowl.
So, this week I will step up the work outs, eat less crap, and hopefully get myself back in the game.

This week was pretty much a wash considering I had a recurring chest injury AND AF show their ugly faces this week. My eating was fine but I was only able to get to the gym twice since I was taking it easy to try and heal. And this has been the worst AF I’ve had in years! Super bad cramps and mega bloat.

im so happy, I worked out a lot this week and have now lost over 10% of my body weight since Thanksgiving!!
this week I’m starting 30 day shred so my goal is to try to do it at least 4 times in the mornings!! I’m still keeping my normal routine of spinning and couch to 5k at night

This week was good till the weekend… had to really watch myself during girls weekend & then super bowl sunday (even tho i didnt watch the game i watch a movie… Hahahaha still lots of good foods) I am happy to say since Jan 1st I am officially down my first 10lbs!!! Woo Hoo… happy dance
This week I am working on keep my momentum going, I am keeping my tracking every day on WW & are now starting training with my personal trainer. I used to see him all the time then $$$ i had to stop and now that the funds are available time to crank up the intensity… still another 30lbs to lose and only 112 days left to go!!!!

@Mrs.Mittens: I hated veggies too but now I love them, maybe try a few a few ways and you might surprise yourself!
