Starting it off..
last week: 73.5kg
this week: 72.3 kg
Good: I was able to start running again! Hooray!
Bad: My diet! Probably the worst week since I started trying to get healthy back in November! 2 buffets, burger king, a huge work bento lunch and a whole thing of blue cheese!
Goals for this week: It’s Golden week here in Japan, basically a week with a bunch of public holidays, meaning I get a 3 day weekend followed by a 4 day one. Tehrefore I intend on cooking nutritious whole food, and eating and exercising well! I hope to be 71 by the time Golden week is over (for the weigh in two weeks away)

this week: 175 even!!
last week I ate a lot!! With the last few weeks of school I’ve been stressing big time! I’ve managed to do some fitness every day but Saturday! I’m so proud of myself.
this upcoming week my goal is to make 4 days of cardio. And 3 of weights. I’m also having my iud removed Wednesday so im hoping my hormones go back to normal and it’ll be easier for me to lose weight and not feel hungry all the time. This is the worst birth control I’ve ever experienced! I’m getting horrible mood swings!!

I stuck to 1200-1300 calories per day, kept a food journal and measured everything I had very carefully. To avoid being hungry I ate small things every three hours like a light yogurt, lowfat cottage cheese, or some sugar free applesauce; then I ate a healthy dinner with a moderate quantity of carbs. Drank a lot of water, only had one cappucino and one diet soda during the week.
My goal is to continue foodwise on my current path and to try to start getting a little exercise in as well – even if it’s just a little walking. Hoping to lose at least 5 lbs next week.

Last week – 80kg
This week – didn’t weigh myself!
I had a terrible week last week in terms of food as i went on a holiday and was ordering room service and having buffet breakfasts!!! I thought i would track my eating but that all went out the window when i got there. Today i have started tracking my food again so hopefully next week i’ll have a loss to report.
My goal for this week is to track every day and do some walking.

Down 1.5 ! I tried only early carbs in the AM for breakfast and then only lean meats, fruits, veggies, salads the rest of the day. not a hard as I thought 🙂

Sorry for the late weigh in. I don’t have a scale at home, and today was the first day I could get to the gym to weigh myself.
Starting weight – 156
Week 1 weight 157.2
Not exactly encouraging, but I was expecting it by the end of the week. My mom had health problems and needed help for 2 days, my job has some deadlines coming up, I led 2 different events for work and Darling Husband and I weren’t getting along well last week. It was super stressful and I was having a hard time dealing with all of it. which led to comfort eating. (darn it!) This week has been better already and I feel pretty confident in being able to catch up to where I wanted to be this week.
After working out for 3 months and not seeing a huge difference, this week it was like my belly disappeared! I felt like I actually had abs and they were/are looking pretty toned. I was ecstatic. So, even though I didn’t lose any weight, my clothes are definitely fitting differently. I keep having to pull my jeans up and my running shorts had to get tightened too 🙂 That made this week easier for sure!
