When I joined this week: 166.8

Today: 166.4

Not much but I’ll take it.  Right now I have some homemade protein bars in the oven and have planned out meals for the next two days.  Super excited to be eating healthier again. πŸ™‚

Last Week: 343.7 lbs

This Week: 343 lbs

Down: .7 lbs

Rough week with two different relatives in and out of the hospital.  Had to eat on the run and didn’t monitor as closely as I should have.  Hoping to do better this week.

Ugh I am up this week! Last week 145.0 and this week 146.5. I don’t get it because I ate really well last week and exercised like crazy! My period is about to come though so I’m hoping it’s bloat weight!

last week plain sucked. This week is finals week. I won’t be able to exercise until after Wednesday. πŸ™

Hope I am not too late! 

Last week: 197

Today: 194.6

Lost 2.4! ate healthy pretty much all week-did have a few unhealthy things on Saturday and Sunday, but it was in moderation. I did not excesize as much as I wanted.

Starting 157.2

Ending 154.4

Down 2.8! 

 

This week was pretty good.  I ate healthier (still tweaking calorie intake numbers to find what works best), and managed to run every other day.  And yesterday, after trying for weeks to get faster/healthier, I did a 9 min. mile πŸ™‚
